Haaretz

Time Magazine has reported that Saudi and Israeli intelligence sources believe that with Iran's assistance, Hezbollah has succeeded in replenishing about half of its pre-war stockpiles of short-range missiles and small arms.

According to the report, Western diplomats in Beirut say the extent weapons-smuggling is even greater, with Hezbollah restoring about 20,000 short-range missiles to date - an amount similar to the organization's stockpiles before the Lebanon war.

Iranian Revolutionary Guard officers have been operating out of a secret military base outside Damascus, Time claims, where the weapon shipments from Iran are received. Trucks then transfer the weapons to Lebanon.

A Hezbollah spokesman told the magazine that the organizations has "more than enough weapons if Israel tries to attack us again."

And right under the noss of the French and germans who were placed there by the UN to stop it.

It seems the French cant stop weapons going intop labanon but they can get permission to fire on Israeli planes. How long does this joke called a UN peace keeping mision go on?

In the meantime Hezballah is scaring out and kiling Christian member of parliament to get rid of them.

I thought the UN specifically said they will not monitor the Syrian border.

Guess if the Hezzies needed a cease fire to replenish their ammo and troops, then the IDF must have nearly had them on the ropes in less than 30 days!

Imagine that. Iran helping Hezbollah, never would have thunk it. The peanut farmer ought to pat himself on the back for the 444 days of inactivity only matched by Bill Clinton has inability to lead. I forgot - they are democrats, and cannot lead - they filter feed information through polls, and use their knee jerk reactions to get silly things accomplished, because it makes them feel good.

Bingo! And why did they stop? It wasn't because of anyone else, most assuredly not the UN.

I think they needed the Intel that they got in those 30 days, to make sure they had the correct firepower to finally wipe out Hizbullah.

I also think that there are other things afoot that they'll be involved in. Interesting times! Stay well armed and safe...............FRegards

If there is one thing the UN could do, it would be to get the civilians out of the way.

Of course, they won't do that, but it was a thought.

Nice job UN, France and Germany.

The reality is they are probably so hang tied with corruption ties to the middle east they are scared to oppose it. What a shame.
