I've sensed your diapproval of the Clintons for quite some time ;>)

My SAD is kicking in big-time and I'm in an ugly mood. Tell me why I'm wrong:

Hillary is a shoe-in for President.

She will have the full support of every media outlet in the country, maybe even the world. She'll be on Oprah every week expressing her care for every American, even the Evil Republicans. She'll be on the cover of every style and women's magazine in the country. Even TV dramas will feature Hillary as the savior of the western world. Anyone who dissents with her will be portrayed as an ignorant crank.

Talk me out of my tree. I feel like a decent German in 1932 seeing the forces of darkness building on the horizon.

We will have to do it ourselves, bypass the media, the professional pols, i.e., the DC mutual protection racket writ large. Katherine Prudhomme and Swiftboating are two paradigms. And there are others.

Missus clinton's most critical calculation will be whether she is going to be allowed to remain a stealth candidate.
Will her fraudulent virtual-ubiquity via ads, Hollywood productions, programmed softball interviews, head-bobbing "listening-tour" photo-ops, etc., etc. while hiding in real time --her "misère play condition," if you will--continue to satisfy the entrenched power in DC?
More important, will it play in Peoria after we expose it for the fraud that it is?
