Kerry, Dodd to travel to Iraq (Iraqi sandwich?)
Boston Glib ^ | 12/13/06 | Andrew Miga

Posted on 12/13/2006 8:01:05 AM PST by teddyballgame

Kerry, whose botched joke about U.S. troops in Iraq dealt a blow to his presidential ambitions, will travel to Iraq to meet with soldiers, political leaders and military officials.

"I've talked to plenty of guys who've come back from Iraq, who are there now, who understand exactly what happened," Kerry said of his joke in a telephone interview Tuesday with The Associated Press. "They laugh at it."

The Iraq stop will be part of a nine-day Mideast trip that includes stops in Egypt, Jordan, Lebanon, Syria and Israel.

The really frustrating part is that we pay him a salary to be an arrogant, posturing, power-hungry doofus.

. ..and yes, teddyballgame, you cannot make this stuff up.

Kerry's arrogance is so thick; he is inpenetrable to his own truth.

. . .of course, he has yet to explain the 'humor' of the joke that was meant to be. . .but, then; that is left to people like Chris Matthews. . .

The Demrat myth-makers never quit. . .unfortunately, rediculously; that includes the 'Jokester' himself.

It was never a joke.

The only reason he claimed it ws a joke was to cover his a$$ after an uproar from the public.

That is exactly the way he feels about the troops.

Poeple like Kerry are so arrogant that their comments get worse and worse until someone calls them on it.

He is a Lib lover extraordinaire whose news reporting simply drips propaganda in every sentence. Figures he ended up at Al AP, They being the open minded and fair organization that they are!

I will guarantee you that they have already identified and set up the photo-ops with the few disgruntled dissenters in the military who always vote DemocRAT. If not, they'd never be going over there.

The only ones who are ever fooled by DemocRAT gas-bags will be the Smart Fellers -- as usual.

Kerry loves taking the side of the enemy, and always is on the anti-America wagon.

Oh I know it was NEVER a joke; just a struggle to make it so; and a media who with 'straight-face' even now; proclaim the joke; while never offering what was supposed to be funny; and they get away with it, of course.

The only joke is the one they try to perpetrate and force down the throats of the public. . .just saw a cut of Chris Matthews asking John Edwards; yesterday'; what he thought of Kerrys 'joke'. . .Edwards' wife; after he struggled; told him not to 'go there'.

Of course, if truth was a consideration; all Edwards had to say was 'what joke?'. . .
