"Zechariah 12:3 And in that day will I make Jerusalem a burdensome stone for all people: all that burden themselves with it shall be cut in pieces, though all the people of the earth be gathered together against it."

Psalm 125:1-2 They that trust in the LORD shall be as mount Zion, which cannot be removed, but abideth for ever!
As the mountains are round about Jerusalem, so the LORD is round about his people from henceforth even for ever!

I am a Christian....and I believe GOD!!!

Bingo?? Mathmetician Kurt Godel said that a system of symbols and rules adequately robust to describe, express and to prove, arithmetic theories will also allow theories whose truth-hood is impossible to determine under the system. I guess that makes arithmetic "unscientific" to you.

And Palestine is not a nation. It is an area of desert, like the Mojave.

Restate a different way: There's no computer program code running on a computer that can prove the existance of Bill Gates (founder of Microsoft), Andy Grove (founder of Intel). Those two creators are simply unknwown and unknowable to the code, and that's just speaking scientifically.

Moohammed died in 632.

By 644 A.D. Muslim armies conquered the eastern edge of the Christian Byzantine Empire - from the Levant (Lebanon) down through Syria and Palestine, and solidified their control across all of Mesopotamia (Iraq), the southern half of Persia as far as the Zagros Mountains, south to the Persian Gulf, across all of Arabia and north Africa as far west as Libya.

Although it took a decade, it was a blitzkrieg by conventional history of the day.

To a muslim, all history begins the day after the indigenous peoples are conquered and converted to Islam and they consider any land that has been reconquered as still muslim (Spain, Sicily, parts of France, etc.).

Actually, he was a Judean. Even though he was born in Bethlehem, his earthly father and mother were from Nazareth, so that's the controlling factor, and Nazareth was in Judea at the time of his birth.

First, my reply to you was very polite. You come here into Jim Robinson's house with a chip on your shoulder and an attitude so obviously looking for a fight, you should feel fortunate that someone else didn't actually "smite" you...but I can tell that will happen to you here eventually, it's just a matter of time.

Second, the writers of several gospels lived with Jesus so they were an eye witness to God here on earth. Repeat, eye witness.

Last, this is a private web site that has certain beliefs as part of it's core. Here is a quote from the owner:

============================================================

To: Central Scrutiniser
"You have no evidence other than stating that its in the bible, well, I refuse to accept the bible as a scientific text."

And therein lies the rub. In order for you to prove the theory of evolution and to have it universally accepted by all people as true fact, you must first completely destroy the Holy Bible and all it teaches us.

There can be no Creator. No God. No miracles. God cannot possibly have created the Earth or the Heavens or Man and every Creature that walks swims or crawls. There was no Adam and Eve. No Garden of Eden. No original sin. There was no Noah. No Ark. No flood. No Moses. No burning bush. No Ten Commandments handed down from God. Jesus cannot possibly have been the Son of God, nor could he have died on the cross for our sins. The Resurrection could not possibly have happened. There is no Saviour and no Salvation. No life after death. No Heaven. No Hell. No God. No Satan. No good vs evil.

Therefore all of Christianity, in fact, all of all religions are simply mythical fairy tales based on lies and superstition.

The theory of evolution does not allow for the Holy Bible, or miracles including the miracle of Creation, the miracle of life, etc, or God our Creator, or Jesus Christ, or Christianity, Judaism, etc.

The Declaration of Independence is therefore also a lie. If there is no Creator, our rights cannot possibly have come from God. In other words, we have no unalienable rights. Our rights would only be what the government allows us.

The Declaration would be null and void and the founding would have been based on lies rather than "these truths we hold self-evident."

The first amendment would simply be a cruel joke. The Bill of Rights would have no foundation on truth or unalienable rights from God and that would also make the entire Constitution of the United States null and void. All laws based on the Ten Commandments would be null and void. There would be no God to guide our judges and no reason not to bear false witness.

Our entire American history, in fact all of civilization would be based on nothing but lies. Our ancestors passed down lies to our grand parents and parents and they lied to us and we have taught our children nothing but lies.

This is exactly what the Marxists (leftists) would have us believe.

If you destroy belief in the Creator, you destroy belief in God, Christianity, Judaism, etc. You destroy our entire civilized society and reason for being. We would be left with nothing but chaos and anarchy. A Marxist dream come true.

Believers in the theory of evolution may not be Marxists, but they are pushing exactly what the Marxists want pushed. And that makes it political.

And I have absolutely no problem whatsoever with science. Along with everything else, God created all knowledge and that includes the modern miracle of science.

Ah, yes, the casinos. Perhaps the most under-appreciated scam in recent memory. Legalized robbery.

This is the province of Judea, located in the area called the Palestine by the Romans in the early Roman period c. 63 BCE - 70 CE.

This is from the Israelite period, c. 1200-1000 BCE.

The region has long been known as the Palestine, an area of the eastern Mediterranean from Egypt to Syria and inhabited by the Syrians, the Philistines, the Samarians and the Judeans. During Alexanders time, there were many more tribal areas throughout the area. This was long before the invasions by the Arabs and their subsequent claim to being Palestinians.

Those that claim today to be Palestinian are mostly refugees from Egypt, the Emirates, Saudi Arabia and Jordan; unwanted children dumped on the modern state of Israel's doorstep.

Glad to explore the past with you anytime.

>>>>>I don't mean to mock you, but llok up the word "anachronism".<<<<

Please look up the term "political propaganda" in the same dictionary. The term "Palestinian" in today's meaning came into political parlance in 1967. The so call "Palestinians" speak Arabic, write Arabic, belong to Arab culture, call themselves Arabs when speaking in Arabic, however, they suddenly become Palestinians when speaking about themselves in English or other non-Arabic language.

The idea of this political ploy is that there is NO Israel, there is only Palestine and the sole inhabitants of Palestine are "Palestinians" who are of Arab extraction. According to them, Jews and others do not belong to Palestine but to the bottom of Mediterrranean sea.

So far, the ploy works like charm. Even Isralis call them "Palestinians".

See, you were fooled as well.

There is an easy way to expose this hoax - ask how "Palestinians" call themselves in Arabic.

How about making a bumper sticker - "Jews are Palestinians also". '

I have a set of encyclopedias published in 1898 and they refer to Palestine and the Palestinians who lived there alongside a smaller population of Jews.

Off topic, but Jesus, son of Joseph and Mary, both of the bloodline of David, King of the Jews, born in Bethlehem, would have been a Prince of the House of Israel and of Judah. Bethlehem would have been the Princely Birth home and so it is doubtful he would have been born in a "manger".

Most likely he was born in opulence. He was crucified not for being the Savior but for being King of the Jews.

1. You misunderstand me. To call David or Jesus a Palestinian is an anachronism. David fought the Philistine, who were not the ancestors the current Palestinian Arabs. David was an Israelite and a member of the tribe of Judah. Jesus was from Judea, was a Judahite, and a follower of the southern Mosaic tradition (Judaism).
The only Palestinian "Jews" of which I am aware fall into two camps
1. Those Jews who were born in the British Mandate of Palestine.
2. The few "Jews" living in the Arab controlled territories. Most of these are in fact not Jews but about 400 Samaritans who live around the remains of their temple at Mount Gerizim near Nablus. (A similar number live in the Israeli town of Holon.) Though these are authentic Samaritans the Muslims don't call them this. They hold the "Jewish seat" in the "Palestinian Parliament". The reason that they are falsely called Jews is because Mohammed allowed Jews to live as dhimmi, but considered Samaritans to be pagan.

Seems like 2 Peter 3:16 describes questions like this and "the jesus seminar" folks.

I swear, the Jesus Seminar would dry up and blow away if there weren't droves of MSMers beating a path to their contrarian view every Christmas and Easter.
