Clark was probably thrilled to be recognized by someone.

"The United States, and the Bush administration in particular, engineered the demonization of Hussein
Typical. He started 2 wars with his neighbors killing millions, had thousands of his countrymen killed and ignored the judgement of the world via UN sanctions and it's our fault.

Kristinn was in RR National Airport to have lunch with a couple of lovely lady Freepers, one of whom was back in the US for a vacation from her duties in Iraq.
If it wasn't for Allegra, Kristinn wouldn't have had the chance to tease Ramsey Clark, up close and personal like.

Who knew that President Bush engineered Saddam's evil madness.
No surprise that this odious skunk was part of Jimmy Carter's administration.

Liberals have low self esteem. I would never give the guy the boost he probably got from having been recognized.
That having been said, the slashing motion was a nice touch.

"As we walked by each other in the uncrowded terminal, I made a slashing motion across my neck and said to him, 'It's too bad about Saddam,' " in reference to the deposed Iraqi tyrant's failed judicial appeal to avert his death sentence. At that point, he said, Mr. Clark "glanced back at me with a hangdog look and nodded his head in sad agreement." LOL! I think the cool people would say you own him.
