Roll Call magazine called Sen. Clinton’s team “a small, ethnically diverse stable of advisers dominated by women,” which is supposed to help “chart her political course over the next four years.”

She focused on health care, education and juvenile crime for then First Lady Hillary Clinton. Even before that, she worked on the Clinton-Gore campaign in California in 1992 and 1996.

Tamera Stanton Luzzatto, the chief of staff to Senator Hillary Rodham Clinton of New York, and David J. Leiter, who was appointed to an Energy Department post in President Bill Clinton's administration, were married yesterday in New York. The bride's father, the Rev. Norman D. Stanton of Hartsdale, N.Y., a Presbyterian minister, performed the ceremony at the Madison Avenue Presbyterian Church.

Ms. Luzatto Until June 2000, she was the chief of staff to Senator John D. Rockefeller IV, the West Virginia Democrat. She graduated magna cum laude from Harvard.

Mr. Leiter, 46, is the vice president for government relations in Washington for ML Strategies, the government affairs and public relations unit of Mintz, Levin, Cohn, Ferris, Glovsky & Popeo, the Boston law firm. He is a former chief of staff to Senator John Kerry, the Massachusetts Democrat, and was from 1998 until this year a deputy assistant secretary for energy efficiency and renewable energy.

Lorraine Ann Voles, a daughter of Mr. and Mrs. Joseph A. Voles of Murrells Inlet, S.C., was married yesterday in Buffalo Center, Iowa, to Daniel Edward Smith.

Ms. Voles, who is 33 years old and is keeping her name, is the press secretary to Senator Tom Harkin, Democrat of Iowa, in Washington. She graduated from George Washington University. Mr. Smith, 31, is the director of the Clinton-Gore campaign in Iowa. He graduated from the University of Iowa and received a J.D. from Georgetown University.

In January 2005, Singer became the communications director for "the first permanent communications war room for Democrats on Capitol Hill," the Senate Democratic Communications Center. Singer's SDCC duties include "rapid response" and sending "regular e-mails to media members providing them with important information on the Democrats," according to PR Week.

In April 2004, Singer was "signed on to do opposition research for ,2004 Democratic presidential candidate John] Kerry." A Kerry campaign press release at the time referred to Singer as a "new spokesperson."

Singer was "the press secretary who was charged with keeping Sen. Charles Schumer (D-New York) in the news seven days a week," and served as Schumer's spokesperson for four years, previous to the Kerry campaign. Earlier in his career, Singer worked in the offices of Congressman Steve Rothman (D-New Jersey) and Senator Robert Torricelli (D-New Jersey).

And .. further on in Zeifman's book I read a item which made me GASP! According to this book, after Hillary and her cabal on the impeachment committee lost their attempt to deny Nixon defense counsel, "Hillary drafted a resolution that created a FIRE WALL between the Impeachment Inquiry Staff and all the members of the Committee with the exception of Rodino (one of Hillary's cabal) and the ranking minority member."

What caught my eye was the words "FIRE WALL" - because that was exactly what Jamie Gorelick created between the FBI and the CIA which allowed the terrorist to plot and plan and kept us from knowing what they were doing. We know, of course, that the "wall" was created to keep the FBI from investigating Bubba's international dealings (which were probably somewhat known by the CIA - who could not reveal them to the FBI). I always thought Hillary was the author of the "wall" - and this item in Jerry's book convinces me I was right.
