Maybe Sen. Sam Brownback of Kansas. Senator who? Or Rep. Duncan Hunter of California or former Virginia Gov. James Gilmore.
For weeks now, my tagline has spoken for me although the last Congressman to be elected President was Garfield. What can someone tell us about former Virginaia Governor James Gilmore? Also, can another old, white, rich, male Republican ever win again? Just wondering.

Well, our taglines agree on the VEEP choice but, Haley Barbour? I dunno. That twangy, Southern accent even wears on this Southeast Texas boy.

I agree -- we on the right DO have a problem. Newt is the mirror iamge of Hitlery in the sense that he is very polarizing, the others have a lot of work to do to get the name recognition of Giuliani and McCain. I'm starting a draft Sen. Fred Thompson movement!

There is NO/Zero right wing in the United States these days..
NONE.. Conservatives ARE leftists.. as surely as democrats are..
Except more moderate..
There are few if any republicans that would TURN DOWN a government check..
You know, like a democrat..

"Obviously, he is the candidate Osama would least like to see in the White House." I must have missed something Dick. Why is that so obvious? I'd think Osama would be a little more fearful of a former airborne ranger...but that's just me.

It is quips like that which make me believe Hunter is going to shine in the debates. He may have his son back from Iraq for a few stops. Whether Romney's five husky sons (sithout a day of military service between them) will be along with dad is yet to be determined.
