They're both dishonest and malicious. Fitz knew at the very beginning who the "leaker" was....the REASON for his appointment, but he prolonged his 'investigation' (and his paycheck) by going off on this sham pursuit of anything, anyone to justify his staying on the payroll (and hopefully, getting into a dem administration imo).

Both are beneath contempt. I despise such people.

he SHOULD go on shows like Oprah

I disagree. There might be more coverage, but would it be positive?

I could see the RATs and the MSM trying to make such an appearance degenerate into something like the current DONALD-ROSIE turd hurling contest.

You have to draw the line somewhere. I draw the line at shows like Oprah and The View.

He should maintain SOME level of dignity, if not personally, then for the Office of the Vice President.

Freshmen Republicans however, at least in the House, might need some rookie hazing and trial by fire to prove their loyalty and backbone.

Having to stand up to, face down, and stomp on, a liberal media powerhouse like Oprah would serve that purpose nicely.

I couldn't find a transcript, but that quote came from a fund raiser for Barbara Boxer on 6-28-04 or 6-29. As with many of Hitlery's quotes, it isn't easy to track down.

You nailed it Sama. Check this out. Webb, a guy who ran on his record of serving in the Reagan Administration, suddenly turned into Instant Socialist as soon as he is safely in office in DC. Wonder if all the Webb cheerleaders around here are glad of selling out a real Conservative like Allen for this Marxist Lite trash? Let see. New Senator from MT, New Senator from OH and New Senator from VA and the New Socialist Senator from VT are all banding together to form a Socialist Caucus in the US Senate. Forget the phony populist posturing. The agenda here is pure Euro style big Govt knows best Socialists.

Wonder how the voters in these states now feel watching the usual Democrat Party bait and switch tactics we all spent most of last year warning our 100%ers about go into effect?

But of course our collection of Freeper 100%er screamers will simply tune out every single fact of what THEY created with that their feverish need to validate their emotion based Talk Radio programed political dogmas.

Emergence of a “Senate Populist Caucus”

If you are a working American this is, indeed, good news.

Sirota Blog: Virgina Sen. Jim Webb (D) yesterday told a gathering at the Economic Policy Institute that there’s an informal populist caucus forming in the Senate whereby Sens. Webb, Tester (MT), Brown (OH), Sanders (VT) and Dorgan are meeting regularly to figure out legislative strategies to address income inequality. Not surprisingly, the lawmakers Webb mentioned are all key members of what I have called the People Party. This development is really good news.

Sirota’s “People Party” is his Who’s Who of Democratic representatives and senators who advocate for the middle-class by standing up against the “Money Party” and lobbyist-written trade pacts. Let’s hope they invite the “People Party” Republicans. There are some, aren’t there?

I wish Condi had replied to Boxer, "do you have to be a mother to write more than 300 bad checks?, Since you wrote more than 400 of them?"

#142, That is a proclamation that Hillary could do herself. She earned a lot of Money from almost totally Ghostwritten books(with no attribution) and Speaking engagements, etc. What is to stop her from giving most of it away? Greed, Selfishness and a love of money so deep that she took donating slick Willie's Jockey shorts to charity as a write off on her taxes. She is like a Scarlett O'Hara, "I will nevah be poor again" you peons, you suckers...

I guess someone need to sit Whaa down and explain what the terms Commander in Chief and Constitutional Republic mean.

Too bad for Whaa and the rest of the Junk media they don't get a vote on Iraq. They had their vote in 2004 and lost. We are not a Direct Democracy.

But as usual the room temperature intellects in the Junk Media cannot be bothered with any facts that get in the way for the emotional based hysteric and self import drama queen posturing.

Any counter-offensive designed to reach the majority of the American people will be greatly appreciated.

Or Condi might of smiled and said. "last time I checked Senator neither you nor any of your Democrat colleges have any children even in the Military, much less in combat zones, so your comments here are incredibly hypocritical."

That was cruel and below the belt what Boxer did because she used the words immediate family meaning of course children but it also must have hurt Condi because I believe her closest blood relative is an uncle or aunt so this was a double attack IMHO.

Recipe for spineless Pubbies to get some spine. Pressure, pressure, pressure, then more Pressure with letters, emails,Phone calls, faxes. Also letters to the Editor and pushing Competition in their next races. The New Media will have the say to pound the DBM even lower than they are now.

I remember seeing a pic of the clintons at a fund raiser in the WH, and Hillary's mouth (wide open) and eyes lit up w/greed when the amt. raised was announced. Do you know which pic I'm thinking of?

Ever noticed how they cultivate those w/big bucks? The latest coup is their buddy Gupta hooking up his business w/CNN to form a polling business....just in time for the '08 Hillary run? Can you spell C.O.N.N.I.V.I.N.G.? 'Knew you could.

Considering 09-11, I don't think you can come up with any shock the sanctimonious petulant children that make up the US Media-Political complex would not simply rationalize away. Until the 60s refugees, represented by the politicians like John Kerry and Ted Kennedy, finally die off; their ability to simply tune out all factual reality that does not validate their 1960s era emotion based political dogmas. They are for ever children.

Petulant, self absorbed, unwarranted arrogant and self satisfied. If they are still incapable of finally growing up after 09-11, they NEVER will.

#145, My nephew was a Paratrooper assigned to Ft Campbell and that is a Horror story that unfortunately happened a few times that he told me about. They are not supposed to talk about it, but he wanted/needed to vent. One Commander was shot and killed because of multiple errors in his judgment. It usually does not happen that way, they usually get others killed. The best Fighting Forces in the World still have wort's. we just hope they are fewer, and fewer.
