Ha ha, stop thinking like a rational person for just a moment-- this is the Democratic primary we're talking about. Your idea of "weak" is different from theirs. :o)

I do think Hillary's real support is limited to the Democratic establishment (i.e. the money guys who see an ambassadorship in their future). The rest of her support (as reflected in the polls) is just name recognition. I had thought the race would come down to Edwards and Obama, but Richardson is a solid candidate.

He scares me least of all the other (D) contenders.

A lot of you folks are babes in the woods when it comes to Richardson.

But you aren't alone. He is much like his old boss; He can somehow convince even normally smart, conservative people that he is a good, smart guy, that you will even get a little extra money in your pocket if you vote for him.

As he slips an extra 'fiver' in your front pocket with one hand, his other hand is snatching your credit card for later use, and then he will go steal your grandchildren's piggy banks.

He is a dangerous man, and has been for a long time. While he learned from Bill Clinton, I'm sure that Richardson taught Clinton a few new tricks too.

"Hillary will discourage him."

No she won't. Richardson is the VP on someones ticket. The RATS will need the Hispanic vote as well as New Mexico since NM usually votes Republican.

I didn't say he was good; I said he was the least dangerous candidate of the field. When you look to see who's running, I stand by my assessment.

"Would LOVE to see Hillary bring that up in a debate. :o)"

She will, right after she asks Kerry if he signed his 180.

Absolutely! Richardson is among the top three in my "D" alert.

We're not saying we want him in the White House, just that of the choices, he is the least offensive and probably the best qualified (having been a governor and having diplomatic experience).

I agree he is as slimy as they come.

In a way that makes him the most dangerous- he's not a Clinton, he don't have a Muslim name or parents. Therer are no obvious turnoffs about him, yet he may very well be as liberal as the rest of the pack.

"Fat Billy would have a much greater chance of winning a general election than either Hillary or Jihadi Hussein Obama."

Lets hope he doesn't get the RAT nomination. Richardson is the only RAT that that could beat all of the ( MSM ) top three in the GOP.

Duncan Hunter is the only one out there that would beat him in the general election now that George Allen isn't running.

Given that his mother is a Mexican National, lives in Mexico City and donated to his first campaign for US Congress you are probably correct.

Knowing what a no talent, ass kissing dumb butt Richardson is, wouldn't you just love to get a look at any committee that would agree to help him get ready to run for anything, far less the presidency? Like I say - Goober Pyle with none of Goober's charm.

You all can have fat Bill or as we call him in NM King Bill and that is because of how it acts. He is very vicious to those that cross him. BTW in his first year as Gov. he pushed through a $9.82 a day bed tax on nursing home beds.

Yap you can have him, but do believe he is dangerous and very much a lib.

"Bill coming in to take out Obama. He is a minority and it will be more PC for an Hispanic to do so than HRC or Edwards."

Triangulation is alive and well in the DNC. His best hope is to get the nod as Hil's veep.

Don't want him or any Democrat. Actually I'm looking forward to what Hillary is going to do to all her opponents.

Maybe Richardson can purchase Huckabee's diet book, because his obesity is going to limit him.
