Actually the illegal gang members are retreating to Bakersfield now. They have found prime territory for themselves and....it is cheaper to live here! Just like L.A. we have so many illegals that they can get lost in the numbers and noone here has done a thing about it. We don't have an 'official' sanctuary policy but believe me it is there.
The illegals and gangs are turning us into 'Little L.A.'.

I happen to be one of the few here who think that what you are talking about has to, and will happen when everybody figures out the wod cannot be "won" without employing extreme measures like sumary execution.

I am a former investigator in Los Angeles so I'm well familiar with many of these. Bakersfield has become more and more of a suburb since Lancaster/Palmdale are no longer rural areas anymore. Amusingly, white racists used to move north on I-5 to get away from the gangs in LA and then the gangs followed up up into the Santa Clarita valley and further north and are the majority there now. We just traded one group of scumbags for another.
