I agree. It makes Pelosi look silly, and arrogant.

She is asking for something that no other Speak of the House has asked for.

Why is she so special? Why should tax payers dollars go toward transporting her family coast to coast?

She and her husband are rich. They've grown accustomed to flying in private jets. They have made their billions off the backs of illegals working on their farms, vinyards and restaurants. Now they want us to pay for their luxuries.

She ain't the third-most powerful person in the world if the air force doesn't want to give her a luxury jet on demand for her and 42 of her best friends, any time she wants, $300,000 a flight, all on taxpayer dime. Somehow, she doesn't have that much power. She doesn't have a printing press for moneyprinting either, somehow she missed out on that power, too. But she certainly thinks she does, and assumes all these things are her entitlement and whines when the law says she doesn't get them. Dollars to donuts she will try to put the air force in jail for not accomodating her as her servants. But I doubt she will succeed. She just doesn't have that much power.

Last I heard, she wants to investigate Pentagon spending in order to divert funding from other, less critical areas so she can have her own personal, flying palace. Screw the military needs.

I am really tired of seeing side by side pictures of Hastert's 12 seater and Pelosi's desired super luxury plane which would hold about 200 if configured just for seats. The pictures each fill half the TV screen, making them look different but about the same size. They should be shown to scale pointing out the vast difference in their sizes. Our side doesn't know how (or doesn't want?) to play a competitive game.
