Silly story. A break from the serious stuff.

When I saw the headline to this earlier I took it to mean there was a bat in the building. I didn't realize it was someone dressed like Batman. LOL

If Batman had the same kind of popularity as Harry Potter or Lord of the Rings, and had a LOT of fans on FR, I would probably start a Bat-ping list of sorts. Heck, news stories on the Batman Begins sequel, "The Dark Knight", are starting to pour in. As it stands, I'm probably the only real huge fan in these parts.

Hehehe!
While the reason for the lockdown is funny, the fact that I seriously doubt I will ever teach again as a direct result of the stress of lockdown is truly sad.
To: dynachrome
Sounds kind of like Ahman Green.
A little too tall though.

It's the "possibly male" thing that cracks me up!Those distressing rumors about the Caped Crusader and Robin . . .

I've seen the Batmobile driving around Albuquerque (no joke).

I want $100, 5-to-2 against, that the young ''student'' who made this report:
1) Isn't already an habitual user of assorted drugs
2) Can actually read out loud any 12 lines of Shakespeare, without mispronunciation
3) Can identify and distinguish between Andrew Johnson and Lyndon Johnson
4) Can demonstrate a knowledge of the English language by writing one coherent sentence of at least 15 words
5) Can tell a ''gold brick'' from an ingot of 24k gold by sight.
I'm taking ALL comers. ALL. Put your money up.
Now, no FReeper will do, so I suppose I'm just batting my gums (er, fingers...), but, the next question is more interesting:
Why do the LBM (that's Lame-Brain Media, for those in Rio Linda) keep touting these morons?

I want $100, 5-to-2 against, that the young ''student'' who made this report....is basically brilliant. I'll bet big bucks the teachers and administration at that school can't spell c-a-t-w-o-m-a-n. Someone please tell me this AP story is not true. Naw, it can't be. Surely, we don't have school officials this stupid. *sigh*

Yes, but have you ever danced with the devil in the pale moonlight?
