You might have thought the sad soap opera that has been the life and death of Anna Nicole

Smith would have offered a safe haven for those seeking respite from presidential politics. But Hillary cannot be pleased that echoes of a low point of her husband's presidential tenure managed to work their way into the three-ring circus yesterday and onto this morning's "Today" show.

Lawyer Opri uttered her line outside the courtroom where Judge Larry Seidlin was conducting a Catskills comedy act in the guise of a trial. The question arises as to why Opri decided to do her best Bill Clinton impression. My theory: Birkhead has been cast as a relatively minor character in this tragi-comedy. Beyond Anna Nicole herself, much more of the attention has focused on her companion, Howard K. Stern. Even Zza Zza's ninth, the Prince, has garnered more than his fair share of air time.

So evoking Clinton was Opri's way of getting some media attention for her client -- and herself. And as we see, when it came to this morning's "Today" -- and to NewsBusters -- it worked.

I mean, it's a simple damn thing here. SOMEBODY is the father of that baby and it doesn't matter that the child might be very wealthy someday. Lots of fathers get nailed for child support of very poor babies they fathered and hey, it swings both ways here.

Whoever is the genetic father of that baby gets custody of her, period. We do not have a right to look into his intentions, however evil or mercenary. If he's the father, dear Lord he's the father."

I've tried my best to avert my attention elsewhere, but this damned story is more invasive and as revolting as Brittney's bald head.

That being said, I'll "kick it up a notch"! One theory I've heard is that, disgusting as it is, the baby was fathered by the deceased son. Totally revolting as it is, it could explain a few of the stickier points in this circus.

Stern refuses to submit to a DNA sample. He also fought the DNA sample from Anna. If no marker matches him; Game, set, match. He's looking at a whole 'nother set of judicial procedings!

Anna was despondent after her son's death and was quoted as saying he was the only MAN who she could ever trust, or something to that effect.

All of these people (including the probate judge) are clearly dysfunctional, so nothing would surprise me.

So evoking Clinton was Opri's way of getting some media attention for her client -- and herself.

She's a media hog who hasn't found a camera she doesn't love. Just when I thought I'd seen it all when she represented Michael Jackson's father, her dispicable antics these past few days have taken the cake. She's a DISGRACE to the legal profession and if this Judge had any respect for the law instead of auditioning for a future TV Show, he'd have thrown her out of court after she called Smith a murderer in his court.

Time for THE LIST!!!!!

This case has not been so much about the Tabloid Anna Nicole Smith, but the legal crises surrounding;
The death of a son - about to reach his majority (age 21)of undetermined manner and cause. Could be homicide.
The birth of a daughter - whose paternity and custody is in question - who may also have been born addicted to illegally obtained prescription drugs.
The premature, undetermined death of the infant's mother -could be homicide, suicide or misadventure.
Conspiracy to access a $1.6billion estate and eliminate per stirpes heirs.
Conspiracy by lawyers and foreign government officials to circumvent immigration laws for fraudulent purposes.
Intent to defraud owners of real property and real estate.
Illegal transportation of prescription drugs, by interstate and international waters.
Potential kidnapping of a US citizen.
Creation and presentation of fraudulent documents to avoid parental and custodial rights.
Possible religious bias against a Southern Baptist/Christian upbringing for a child who had a GODMOTHER appointed by her mother, who had a "Baptist" minister perform a "committment ceremony". Will the self-appointed father honor this religious affiliation or circumvent it?

WE SHOULD ALL BE TERRIFIED THAT THESE SAME LAWYERS, GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS AND JUDGES COULD PUT ALL OF US IN JEOPARDY.

A REVIEW OF ALL THE "LEGAL" RULINGS TO DATE SHOULD REMIND US TO NEVER LEAVE OUR AFFAIRS IN THE HANDS OF LAWYERS OR JUDGES.
