I know that I don't post here that much, but I know there are many people of faith here, and I want to ask you for your prayers.
A friend (who is also a friend of my family) had a stroke a few days ago, and he is currently in the hospital, paralyzed from the neck down. His name is George, and he is from Germany but lives in California.
I just heard today that his condition has gotten a bit worse, apparently he has a lung infection and a fever, and is partially on a respirator. The good thing is, his mind appears to be undamaged, although he can't speak yet, he has been able to communicate non-verbally. (His girlfriend flew in from Germany and I heard she has been able to communicate with him)
I was very surprised and sad about this, because he is only 44, and I saw him recently and he seemed totally fine before this happened.
I would really appreciate any prayers for him... this particular time for him is rough, because of possible pneumonia, which they are trying to get under control. Thank you so much you all!!
I will pray for him and his family/girlfriend. Have faith.

Dear Lord Jesus, we pray for your healing touch. Lord we pray that you would give comfort and strength to his family and friends. We pray you guide and direct the doctors.
In Jesus' Name,
Amen
Well wishes for his loved ones. For him, I hope for a swift and peaceful outcome.
