Just want to let you all know that you can watch GOP nominee Duncan Hunter's CPAC speech tonight at 8pm EST on C-Span. Chance to see and hear him for yourself.

I just got off the phone with c-span, she said they weren't there for the taping of his speech. She put me on hold and went to check about his speech then told me that they would run it at 8'00 eastern time tonight. I told her there were many Hunter supporters who were looking forward to his speech and were let down that c-span would bump him.

If they weren't there to tape his speech, what are they going to show? If CSPAN didn't tape, then CPAC certainly did and would certainly lend CSPAN a copy.

I followed up on your call. Just talked to C-Span. They told me, "Right now, it's set for 8:00." I asked if that meant it's possible the telecast could be shifted and was told yes, it is still very much subject to change. Come on, everyone! Get on the phones. Let C-Span know that we want to hear Duncan's speech!

Great news! I emailed a request for them to air Hunter's speech, and was about to call when I saw your post! Sure that Hunter supporters calling and emailing made the difference! Grassroots support does work! :)

If C-SPAN wasn't there to tape Hunter's speech, they could still get a copy of the tape from his campaign or CPAC. :)
