Folks of power and money . . . have . . . some say . . . for 400 years worked hard to bring about a tyrannical world government. They are on the brink of succeeding wholesale.

Have studied such since 1965. It's pretty obvious these days . . . if one has one's eyes open.

Certainly Sun TZU is a way of life for many . . .

Doesn't trump pride, imho.

I have begun hearing rumblings from friends on the island that maybe a Chinese invasion wouldn't be such a bad thing.

Every country(and I do mean country) has their commie lovers. The U.S. does. So does Taiwan.

"Taiwanese President Chen Shui-bian, in an abrupt move on Sunday, declared that Taiwan must seek independence."

Uh oh. Wasn't this the fellow who was elected on a platform that sought a more conciliatory tone with the mainland? Wonder what's up. Wonder if someone's been keeping the dust off that two-front war doctrine.

You kid yourself it you think that really matters to them, except as a means to an end.

Consider these same arguments were made and for the same reasons on December 6th, 1941.

They will throw the Olympics away almost in a flash over Taiwan.
= = = =

Why? Does Tawain have some good athletes that China needs? Like curling or something?

I guess I didn't communicate very well . . . The Olympics are relatively insignificant compared to Beijing's pride over Taiwan.

They have even publicly stated so at least a time or 3.

The Olympics will not protect Taiwan.

"The shadow government . . . globalists determined to set up a tyrannical world government; reduce the world's population to 500,000,000 . . . etc."

Who are these people exactly? Can you name them?

"They, BTW, are the ones in control of all the exhotic technologies courtesy of our 'visitors.'"

What visitors? Who is in control?

~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~~
I have no idea what this has to do with the present-day
situation,,,We were not trade-pardners with Japan,,then,
as we are with China,, today,,,,,,,,,,,,,
Just the opposite,,,we sold them scrap etc.,,,the trade
cut-off was their problem,,,it prevented their expansion
to their west,,,
China is "lookin'down the barrel" of enough nukes to put them back to the stone-age in the very first hour,,,
China remembers Aug.6 1945,,,No Kiddin'
We/most of us remember Dec.6 1941 as the day before Japan
"Shot Themselves in the Foot" and it went downhill from there,,,No Kiddin'...;0)
Why, would it keep you away from listening to "coast to coast?"
The timing may be to utilize the next Olympics as cover. China is going to have to think hard if they want to invade and blow off their international coming out party.
Keep in mind they see any US interference over Taiwan as their "Monroe Doctrine" being challenged...
Well, perhaps.
The shift of the Chinese economic investment paradigm may very well shake the goals of hegemony over Taiwan away from the non-filtered cigarette smoking, ruling clique of the bourgeouis elitist in China.
Sincerely,
