All of the accents were horrible. Who's idea was it to cast British actors?
The accents were so bad I was embarrassed for them.
But, I've yet to see a movie where they get a Southern accent right. They sound cartoonish in their efforts. Sort of like, "Is this where I get me a huntin' license?"
I speak Southern, have lived in the South all my life. I talk to many people across the U.S. and all can understand me, except when I tell them I am a writer. Then they ask me what I ride, horses, bikes, etc. Never fails.
