I'm sure you can find a few Storm Front supporters back then as well. It says nothing about the Republican primary process and how conservatives and evangelicals voted.

"How will his not being drafted or joining the military play?"

About as much as Mrs. Bill Clinton's tire treads on Bill's rear end will.

I am not against Mr. Thompson. In fact I would welcome his entry. I am just saying that the DBM will probably start the Chicken Hawk crapola, while all the while a proven draft dodger was our President for 8 years.

I like Fred, and yes he did vote against Bubba's impeachment, but I think he did that with deliberation and intelligence. Besides, have any of those out there that b!tch about the pubbies that voted against impeachment thought that those pubbies just might have considered the consequences of an Algore as President. I think they did, and I think that helped to spur them to make that decision. Gore is a train wreck now, as President he would have been a total disaster for this country. The is, and was incredibly stupid. Bubba was bad but Gore...no,no,no,NO! I always said that Bubba had a cushion against impeachment, and that cushion was Gore, that's why Bubba chose "The Wooden One" as his running mate.

If Fred won the presidency I would be delighted, and, at this point, I would have to vote for him in the primaries. He is a conservative and very pro military. He can make a decision and back it up. He won't take any crap from the left, and he's a man of letters, and principles. And, he looks like everybody's Granddaddy. I'm with Fred!

What's Stormfront been doing lately? I used to visit weird websites until I caught a bug that disabled my computer. 5 hard drives. Repaired. The last I heard is those social nationalists are teaming up with Muslim wackos.

I don't think Thompson will let them define him that way. He knows that business.

"I'd hit that."

Wouldn't be my choice of words, but yes, she is a hottie. :)

Just goes to show, a man's looks aren't all that important, now are they?

:O)

Rush said we want leadership. That's true. The other guys are leaders in other fields and circumstances. Fred can use their experience as President in making decisions. He can hire Newt Gingrich as policy advisor and idea person. Newt is an engineer at heart that prefers to study history.

"Fred Thompson/Rick Santorum".

Now THAT sounds good! As a matter of fact it's almost perfect. I'm in.

The left would be spending their days cleaning out their collective britches.

Imagine these two great conservative speakers up against Barack Obama, and the Osama Mamma.

Here's another thing; the MSM/DBM hate both of these guys and their full frontal, and vicious attacks would only serve out candidates well. They are both well educated and principled men, they are also very good "on their feet". I feel a Reagan moment coming on.

I can remember well the campaign of Reagan. The poor guy looked so strong against the leftist media and the arrogant elitist, lefties, but he stood like Gary Cooper in "High Noon". He shot them down like the hoodlum that they were. I watched everything that was on TV, debates, speeches, the meaningless diatribes slobbered by the commie propagandists for the left. I saw that man take it all in stride, with confidence and clarity of purpose that no other Republican I had ever seen. I said, "that's the man, that's the man that can lead this country back to it's position as the bastion of freedom". That man was committed, dedicated and a visionary. He had a dream for this country that was contagious, and the contagion spread so fast. If Fred could be half of what Reagan was we would have a Republican majority, and we could finally break the back of the leftist hold on the Democrat party.

RUN FRED RUN!

Just my thought.

Can anyone here imagine where we we be if Gore or Kerry had won?

I was being facetious...obviously, it didn't work for some of you. I don't care what any of them did in their personal lives as long as it wasn't illegal. You never know what goes on behind closed doors.

But as I said, he's a decent guy and I would support him were he the nominee.

My point. He does seem to be a decent guy, and I bet he played it by the book. I think we sometimes want our guys to get an outcome and if it requires going over the line, well fine, just done't leave any tracks.

Fred has been one of the people heading the Libby defense fund. I will tell you this, if President Bush does not pardon Scooter, President Thompson would.

When I saw the outpouring of emotion and feeling by millions of Americans during Reagan's funeral, I knew GW would win the 2004 election. There is a solid core of Conservatives in this country and the politicians keep selling us out and, for the life of me, I can't understand it. When they sell us out, they lose, as in the last election.

Be pro-life, pro-Second Amendment, strong supporter of the military, strong borders, pro-traditional marriage and you will win 40% everytime and pull 15% of independents. Just don't sell us out. What don't they get?

Neither of them were married at the time. She was attractive, and, let's face it, probably about as easy as a first grade math test. I don't think marriage was on his mind with her, quite honestly.

And so what. He was single at the time.

Never said either of them were married, but she had been married several times when they started dating. I just made a remark, for a lawmaker, his judgement is in question--at least by me

Here's what's funny. They'll call somebody who reflexively supports the GOP a RINO. Follow me on this: How can a Republican in Name Only be someone who doesn't abandon Republicans for not being pure enough?!?!?

I'll explain. A RINO is worse than a Democrat, because their both gonna screw you, but the rat won't lie about it. 95% of the House GOP are RINOs, and 100% of the Senate GOP are RINOs. Only Paul/Hunter/or Tancredo can placate the Republican base...else we are all DOOMED!
