Didn't I read last week that SF was asking the U.S. Navy to help them secure some land for their football stadium?
Now, if I was the Navy Secretary I would tell them to ..... up a rope. That sounds like a job for the Department of Peace.

Actaully I'll trade em. they can have their useless "Department of Peace". If we can get back the "War Department" and dump the "Defense Department". We had a much better batting average with the War Department.
