Rep. Henry Waxman (D-CA) chairs a House Oversight and Government Reform Ctme. hearing on the disclosure of CIA Agent Valerie Plame Wilson's identity. The hearing will look into whether White House officials followed appropriate procedures for safeguarding the identity of Ms. Wilson.

The drive-by media claims Ms. Plame was a covert CIA agent, so it must be so. Meanwhile, Rosie O'Donnell who is part of the DBM, claims poor Khalid Sheik Mohammed was tortured at the "secret" CIA prison at Club Gitmo, so that must be so.

So being the bean-counter that I am, I have put two and two together and have decided that Ms. Plame is the CIA agent that must have tortured poor KSM. That's the real reason Cheney "outed" her.

My guess is no Republican will be allowed to ask her anything but softball questions. Waxman and the democrats run this hearing, so if any question they don't like is asked, the questioner will be gavelled down, and probably shouted down by the packed moonbat audience as well.

When an "agent," is caught lying to the New York Times, undermining the President of the USA, Senior Government Officials should not have oversight? What is this, a shadow government?
