Another federal agency funded by the citizens completely out of control. Shut it down. The sooner, the better.

If I were the President, I'd shut the BATF and E down if I saw only a single tiny mispelling error or numbers additions mistake on their annual budget submission.
If that's true, every FFL in the country ought to get together to fight this crap...
Well, the Republicans were working on a bill to deal with this problem .
Now the Dims have control, so we can forget about the bill's passage . It's just another reason why it was imperative to keep Republicans in power . This will be a long hard painful lesson for our side , and maybe one day we can get the Congress back in Republican hands .
In violation of the Constitution, Congress gives legislative power to unelected bureaucrats. The problem with these government agencies is the arbitrary nature of their actions which have the force of law. Thus, we have a renegade agency driving legitimate businesses out of business.
Comrades, it will get worse.
I don't buy that. Republicans had the majority for 4 years, and the VP as backup. If this was a priority you'd think they'd have done this before McCain-Feingold and the Drug Prescription for Seniors bills.
This problem wasn't brought to their attention that long ago. These problems take time to get to Congress and then legislation has to be crafted . Then it has to make it through the whole legislative process . In this case it was from the bottom up, not from the top down, like the bills you're comparing this to.
So if you don't buy that , see how you like the Dim solution to this problem . It will be non-existent .

The Republicans had 8 years to deal with this problem. 8 YEARS and sat on their fat sorry behinds and did nothing to aleviate the problem.
Time to take matters into our OWN hands unless we lose it all.
In pursuance to the Constitution, it is time for the people to remedy the problem by authority of the Second Amendment which is activated when the security of a free state has been breeched. That happens when the feds send in armed thugs and goons to repress the people.
Time to put them on immediate notice and order them to hand over all their weapons. They have assumed powers we did not authorize them to have.
