If I were a attorney. I would get a Blind person and one with alcohol. Have them try and get a Cab, be refuse. Then file a Federal Lawsuit on grounds you can not deny a person access under federal Law due to Americans with Disabilites Act.

Fine. Let these cabbies and store clerks establish the absoluteness and inflexibility of their rules. Take them absolutely at their word when they say that it is forbidden to sell, transport, buy, give or make intoxicants or pork/pork products, including pigskin.
No more muslim pilots or passengers. There's liquor aboard, passengers with leather briefcases and coats and who knows what in their carry-ons, pockets, and on their breath. And what's in that cargo hold? There'll be no more muslim school bus drivers (children wearing leather, carrying footballs and baseballs, toting ham sandwiches and pork rinds in their lunch boxes.)
