Better late than never. I’m glad the state-guys-who-took-over-the-prosecution did more than say “case dismissed” or even “not guilty.” They appear to have said affirmatively, “the defendants were INNOCENT.”

When its white guys vs minorities, minorities get a presumptive advantage because liberals see them as oppressed and whites as evil. They don't look at people and see individuals. They see groups and that's who liberals are. Its on the basis of such a worldview the farce called the DukeLax case could have proceeded as far as it did despite their being NO evidence to support the accuser's charges. People wanted and needed to believe a bunch of rich white kids could have done what happened to a young black woman. That's all there is to it.

It would seem that not only do the 3 students have a claim on Duke, but that the coach of the lacrosse team would have a claim on a portion of Duke. Not a good time to be either the AD or president of Duke

I hope that the three young men in this case file civil charges against Nifong, Jackson, their female accuser, the Duke professors, Duke University, and the DNA lab.

In addition I hope the entire Duke Lacross team sues Duke university for the ruined season last year and the fired lacross coach files his own civil suit.

In the rush to judgment the university, Rev Jackson (I really would like to know what church he pastors), and Mr Nifong have done such terrible damage to the reputations of all the players and the coach of this team that they may never realize their true potential.
