How about doing 90 mph? Sheesh. In any event, he can still cite the governor but that would probably be "scrutinized" too.

Here in California the former disgraced governor Gray Davis was traveling over 100mph when a CHP officer tried to pull him over. The officer was told to move along.

What’s wrong with doing 90 mph? Last week, I did 180 kph (112 mph) in a van, with my entire family in it.

We escaped unscathed.

If it hadn’t been a POS rental, I am sure I could have done 150 mph.
