MoveOn Snags Stone For Ad Campaign(Anti-war)

Director Oliver Stone is planning to direct an anti-war television commercial chosen by members of the liberal group MoveOn.org.

The Stone ad campaign will focus on a specific American family affected by the war. Which family and soldier used will be determined by the votes of MoveOn.org members.

An anti-war veterans organization, VoteVets.org -- which was responsible for the Super Bowl ad that included an Iraq war vet amputee -- is also backing the project.

It was announced as liberal opponents of the Iraq war stepped up attacks on Republican congressional lawmakers who voted against a timeline for redeploying troops with letter-writing campaigns, demonstrations and, this week, the launch of new TV ads.

A broad coalition of war opponents spent the congressional recess rousing the locals in dozens of Republican swing districts in 24 states.

Organized by Americans Against Escalation in Iraq -- a coalition comprised of MoveOn.org, the service employees’ union and anti-war veterans’ organizations -- the campaign has raised $5.6 million so far.

“A couple of million bucks of George Soros’ money certainly does wear on people,” said Florida Rep. Adam Putnam, the third-ranking Republican in the House. (According to PoliticalMoneyLine, which tracks contributions, Soros hasn't given to MoveOn since 2004.)

Starting this week, a related liberal group, Americans United for Change -- which was founded to oppose the privatization of Social Security -- launched TV ads urging six House Republicans to support a troop withdrawal timeline.

Name the presidential candidates who will give MoveOn.scum a direct line to the OO?

Name the presidential candidates who will be sucking on the George Soros financial tit?

Name the presidential candidates who will be beholden to Chinese money?

When does an antiwar campaign become treason?

When it is produced by a Conservative during a RAT Presidency.

the problem is that the enemy will be using the ad for their own worldwide propaganda...just as the Commies used the pictures of Jane Fonda sitting on the anti aircraft gun.

Get interviews of HUNDREDS of families of our brave soldiers, and make counter-commercials condemning Oliver Stone, Harry Reid, Nancy Pelosi and Democrat leadership for denying our troops funds for armor and ammunition and for giving aid and comfort to the enemy; target 20 newly-elected “Blue Dog” Democrats from conservatives districts to support clean bill to support the troops and play these shorts on YouTube, Qtube etc. etc.

Don’t bother with national media, don’t give them a dime to play commercials, they will have to do that because they “believe” in “fairness doctrine” and the only people still watching them are the moonbats, anyway... except people who watch them so we don’t have to... :-)

Get to action. Calling David Zuckers and other conservative nouveaux filmmakers...

I have heard a local ad (Channel 3, WCIA, Champaign, IL) which is an evil attach on our Republican Representative - Tim Johnson for his vote supporting the Iraq effort. The sponsors are identified in a very short section at the end, but I did not catch who it was. Its got to be Soros - he’s the only one with enough money and interest. He makes money from international chaos and has always been in favor of instability in the Middle East.

The left is so swallowed in bush derangement syndrome they cannot see that opposing and ending this war will not be anything like the outcome of ending the war in Vietnam. When this war is forfeit by fools like Harry Reid and Ted Kennedy, hundreds of thousands of Americans will die as the fanatical enemy that is radical Islam comes here through the open borders, emboldened by the cut and run of liberal democrats. ... And when the killing starts, it will be open season on the Harry Reids, count on it, because people will finally awaken to realize who is the enemy within aiding and abetting the terrorists making the murderous terrorists successful here.

aren't all those liberal groups run by the same people? Only to make it look that there is a true grassroots campaign?
