You know, one issue that Republicans could use to really rally support across the base, the swing voters and even those on the moderate left is to push for a Parental Rights initiative that would define and protect, in law, the rights of parents.
Included would be - rights to spank, rights to sex education of their choosing, rights to notification, etc.
Children, and their actions, are ultimately the responsibility of parents. If your kids go and burn down a house, it is YOUR fault. The buck stops with the parents. But lawmakers must give parents the freedom to ensure that the job is done.

Hetero Sex = Acceptable only if both parties are at or over the age of consent and both fully agree to act, but still BAD, abusive and an exploitation of the female.
