I have not seen it swatted down as unconstitutional.SCOTUS just heard another case on McCain - Feingold. I expect a 5 - 4 vote against it before the summer recess, if Kennedy votes as he did the first time it came before the SCOTUS. Say your prayers and keep your fingers crossed.

If I heard this from the NRA, I would be right onboard. I dont know SAF and if it has any hidden agendas or not. SAF is, if anything, more rigorous than the NRA. They brook no illusions that the Second Amendment is about "hunting."
