So....they’re finally admitting they actually did declare war.

“More likely it is CAIR.”

Like I said moonbats, they come in all flavors. DUmmies, Move-On, Code Pink, CAIR, Soros worshipers, Chomsky worshipers, CNN viewers, ABC viewers, etc...

And that means that, surprise, he can veto it.

Everyone posts here how insane the dems are how stupid they look, etc. They are not made to pay a price with the public, and their radicalism is mostly appreciated here, not among the general population.

Vietnam was a much more costly war and faced enormously greater opposition, but Nixon fought his opponents every day and the public backed him.

The modern day republicans haven't stared down the dems' leftism for decades and there is no sign they are going to start now.

Yup...what you said.

He says we are entitled to know when this conflict will end. He is going to have to ask the jihadis. Maybe they will tell us.

“Interesting Constituitional point and will probably provoke a crisis.”

My first thought.

My understanding is that the authorization is the equivalent of a declaration of war. Otherwise there couldn’t have been a war in the first place. And the constitution is clear about who can declare war.. but not about who can undeclare it...

"ALL of us for it before we were against it!"

Why not? That strategy worked so well for Kerry.

I’m speechless.

I never in my wildest dreams thought I would hear a sitting Senator of the US speak this way.

And this is the SOB that GW helped walk into the chambers recently, holding his hand. May God not be kind to Byrd when his time comes.
