This has happened 100s of times before. Some international thing or other will come down the pike, people will yell and scream “O NOES! HE IS GLOBALIST !!!” and when the actual situation/agreement is examined, it would turn out to be not at all like what the alarmists say.

Frankly, I’ve lost count how many times this stunt is pulled. By the standards used, the agreements Pres. Reagan made with the USSR were also kowtowing to the Communists. That stupid allegation sure as heck was thrown around back before his deification.

...or care or were part of the “globalist pact” but didn’t want their names appearing as confirming a move to place the U.S. government OUT OF THE HANDS OF THE U.S. PEOPLE AND VOTERS!

Posted here, Framework for Advancing Transatlantic Economic Integration Between the [US and EU] a document directly out of the White House.

"Reforming" American government from the executive branch, one 'framework' at a time.

I don’t believe we can wait for elections to remove these people from office.

To the “free traders” anything that eliminates the authority of the citizen over his own government is an infringement on their global lust for power.

And this agreement accomplishes that “global lust for power”, how?

Why is this Age of servitude in your tagline?

The agreement established a new Transatlantic Economic Council to be chaired on the U.S. side by a cabinet-level officer in the White House and on the EU side by a member of the European Commission.

The Constitution clearly says that all Transatlantic Economic Councils must be approved by a 2/3rds vote of the Senate. LOL!

Defending ‘integration’ with Europe? I’m not surprised. “free trader” or “free traitor”,one and the same.

The slimey bastards we have now will call for a voice vote when the minimum number required is present.

We're integrated with Europe? I missed the memo.

I’m not surprised.

You're not very bright.

read the agreement, it sets out cooperative efforts on patent protection, food inspections, use of radio spectrum, accounting standards, cosmetic testing, and scientific innovations. generally it is a framework to work on reducing costs to businesses which must meet varying standards to operate in Europe and the U.S. a Republican congress under a clinton president provided the authority to the president to enter this type of trade agreement. most of the initiatives included have been ongoing for decades. the agreement sets out a framework.

Thanks for the info.

I thought you only wanted trade with rich economies? Isn’t Europe rich enough to trade with?

This (Corsi) thread will need to be savored with lunch, as I can’t give it the time it really deserves at the moment. Enjoy.

I'm already on it.

I discovered hedge's problem. She doesn't like trade agreements with poor countries, because she thinks trade causes us to lose wealth. She thinks we should only have trade agreements with rich countries.

She doesn't like trade agreements with rich countries because.......I guess because she heard they're full of foreigners.

You think my comments contradict my tagline? Well you are wrong. I don’t jump on the latest bandwagon brought by either the left or the right. From my personal experience all this is is hysteria. I’ve lost count how many times people say “the sky’s falling”, “he’s done”, or “he’s betrayed us” and upon closer examination, nothing could be further from the truth.

If the President wanted a NWO or whatever, he’d never stood up to the UN, EU and a multitude of cryptosocilaist organizations. Guantanamo, Iraq, Kyoto, time and time again he proves himself that he’s not a globalist.

FYI, this tagline was a result of the 06 eleections in which lies triumphed over truth and the DEMon party was foisted into power on a platform of deception, tyranny, and hatred all to the unknowing approval of the American people.

Merkel eyes free trade zone to help the west rival China

I'm guessing the argument that the U.S. cannot compete with the EU's low-wage, overworked, slave-labor won't have legs here. I'm off to read the article.

Corsi really let us down here. He neglected to mention why his acolytes need to be alarmed. He must’ve just assumed . . . .
