First Lady Laura Bush accompanied Queen Elizabeth II to the Children's National Medical Center in Washington.

Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice met with British Foreign Secretary Margaret Becektt and Iraq's Deputy Prime Minister Barham Salih at the State Department.
