Is the letter real? or not? I like what was told about Senator Dole (I believe) who would return outraged constituents’ letters and write, “Some damn fool wrote this and signed your name to it.”

Thats probably because the DNC are a bunch of thieving, lying sumbitches. The DNC orders you to cease and desist exercising your constitutional right of freedom of free speech and telling of the truth.
To: rface
Heck, I think I might just go quote this over on the CNN boards and see if I can get a C&D for CNN today!
To: rface
DUmmies are expecting to see our ASSES KICKED......DNC to Free Republic: CEASE AND DESIST! Then they'd better watch out. The RNC could sue DU on the same basis for repeating CBS' allegations in Memogate. And about 100,000 other instances of media BS.

The statements quoted above are false and defamatory, are libelous and slanderous and clearly threaten to interfere with the DNCs operations and ability to solicit support and raise funds by predjuding the organization in the eyes of the Democratic Party supporters and the public.Oh, and the lies, misrepresentations, disinformation, distortions, slanders and character assassinations that the DNC engages in against conservatives is not designed to do the same?
Pot.....meet.....kettle.
To: RightWhale; dighton
BTW, what language is this? : predjudingThe whole letter is filled with errors. Maybe the DNC is subcontracting to DUmmies, but I repeat myself.

No, the original poster admitted to hand typing it from the original source. In a previous post above, he took responsibility for the typos and spelling errors.

I was going to write a reply to this maroon, letting him know that his threatening letter has been the occasion of much merriment, here at FreeRepublic. But a Google search did not turn up an e-mail address. And given that the price of stamps is going up 2 cents on the weekend, it wasn't worth sending them a letter.
Googling did turn up some information on contributions from the firm's lawyers to assorted Democrat candidates, no surprise there. It also turned up the information that name partner Jeffrey Sandler is the lawyer for MoveOn.org From that alone, it is a fair conclusion that this firm's interest in objective truth is nil, zip, nada, zilch.

I for one would love to see the demonstration complete with phone records. Hmmm... you know, if they do sue... I wonder what kind of discovery they open themselves up to...
