The Auditor

Sunday, May 13, 2007

In an abrupt about-face, President Bush has decided against nominating Noel Hillman, a veteran prosecutor and now federal judge in Camden, to the seat on the 3d U.S. Circuit Court of Appeals that was held by Supreme Court Justice Samuel Alito Jr.

Hillman, a former assistant U.S. attorney in New Jersey and the lead Justice Department prosecutor in the Jack Abramoff Capitol Hill lobby ing scandal, had full White House support and the backing of New Jersey Democratic Sens. Robert Menendez and Frank Lautenberg, and had successfully completed his FBI background check several months ago. But sud denly things changed.

NOTE: for several months, behind the scenes, Peter Paul has been talking about Noel Hillman to his attorney and to the office of Congressman Tom Davis, former chair of the House Oversight Committee. I've spoken to Davis's office and to some reporters about the situation. Preparations were being made to challenge Hillman during confirmation hearings. You may recall that Davis was outraged when Hillman botched the Sandy Berger case and let him off the hook. Hillman is the same man who chose to prosecute David Rosen instead of Hillary and her treasurer, Andrew Grossman. Hillman had plenty of evidence to go after them both.

Ultimately, the FEC ruled in Dec. 2005 that Grossman deliberately hid $721K from Hillary's 2000 campaign. Peter's smoking gun tape, which was withheld by a US attorney while investigations and a criminal trial were taking place, perhaps had a role in the president's change of mind. Both Dem senators from New Jersey, Robert Menendez and Frank Lautenberg, were prepared to support Hillman's nomination to the Alito seat.

During Rosen's trial, the government did not use evidence they obtained using a wire. They did not call Peter or Aaron Tonken to testify. They did not call Kelly Craighead to testify. I can find no evidence that the FEC ever called Craighead. She is going to be featured prominently in the Paul v Clinton civil trial in Los Angeles. She was among those who conceived the Hollwood gala salute, who solicited Peter, and who reported directly and in detail to Hillary.

Hillary should have been prosecuted, and Hillman knows she should have been prosecuted. We will never know, but the new evidence obtained by Peter may have had something to do with the decision to axe Hillman.

The libs have 007 license to break every law, with impunity. Both Clintons should have been in prison a long time ago....and would have been, had they been Repubs.

Doug, what’s the latest on the trial?

Is there an advantage to pushing it closer to the primaries?

The fact that they (Clintons) are not in prison and the "One who would not be named" is running for office again.. is a sad testament to the state of our politics/government.

Our Judicial system is and has been corrupted for several years. Both parties know this and attempt to use it to their advantage.

We expect that by about August, the California Appellate Court will have determined whether Hillary is back in as a defendant. If Kendall loses, he will appeal to the California Supreme Court. That will go fairly quickly, and the court may refuse to hear it. Kendall already lost in his effort to the Cal Supremes regarding Bill. Bill goes to trial. We expect that discovery will begin this year. That timing ties in nicely -— just before some big primaries. Hillary Rodham Clinton, raise your right hand. Now, dear, watch these videos and try to explain why you were less than candid in your phony declaration to the court. Try to explain how you claimed you knew nothing when you are on tape soliciting and directing the illegal contribution.

“Try to explain how you claimed you knew nothing when you are on tape.”

Didn’t you get the MSM Memo on this?
Commiting Crimes-While-Democrat is no longer a crime.

Be it Corruption, Gay Prostitution rings, frozen cash, Voter Fraud, Bribery, or whatever, the MSM has decreed that Democrats are simply incapable of committing crimes.

Now let it even be a RUMOR of being a Republican, and you’ll get WEEKS AND WEEKS of coverage, especially in the weeks leading up to an election.

Good work, in contributing to the defeat in advance of Hillman. Perhaps it was Hillary! who let it be known backstage that Hillman should be dumped, so the Hillman-Hillary story would not be aired in public? Could be.

The press cannot ignore it when the following are called to depositions: Bill, Hillary, Chelsea, McAuliffe, Rendell, Gray Davis, Kelly Craighead, David Rosen, Howard Wolfson, Harold Ickes, Jim Levin, producer Gary Smith, treasurer Andrew Grossman, Larry King, and a plethora of Hollywood elitists -— Streisand, Pitt, Cher, etc. Perhaps a US attorney will even be called to testify about why he hid evidence while a criminal trial and investigations were underway.

PLEASE KEEP UP THE GREAT WORK, DOUG.

Sounds more than a little plausible.

Sounds like the puppet masters are still determined to protect her unroyal lowness, her hideous heinous . . . de Fosterizer . . . at more or less all costs.

Traitorous idiots.

DFU SONG: Losing My Religion (exposing Noel Hillman for rolling over in Berger and Hillary)
DFU - news of the day in song ^ | 1-2007 | Lyrics, Doug from Upland

Posted on 01/13/2007 3:38:32 PM PST by doug from upland

MIDI - LOSING MY RELIGION

If you seek justice...here's news for you
You will not find it...it's just an illusion
Something inside your mind...that's what you're going to find
It's in your mind

That's him in the courtroom
Let's watch the perfoming skills of Noel Hillman
Trying to make it appear that he really will try to win it
It's not what you think you see...it's a travesty

Behind the scenes they are laughing
And Berger will walk away...in prison he won't spend one day

And this isn't the first time...it's dejavu with Noel Hillman
It is not surprising....look at his history
He would not charge Hillary...Hillary

That's him in the courtroom
Let's watch the perfoming skills of Noel Hillman
Trying to make it appear that he really will try to win it
It's not what you think you see...it's a travesty

Behind the scenes they are laughing
And Berger will walk away...in prison he won't spend one day

They both walked away...there had been no justice

That's him in the courtroom
Let's watch the perfoming skills of Noel Hillman
Trying to make it appear that he really will try to win it
It's not what you think you see...it's a travesty

Behind the scenes they are laughing
'Cause both of them walked away...in prison they won't spend one day

A Hillman wink and nudge...he's the new judge

They both walked away, walked away, walked away

So is the MSN. You won't hear much about this. The Klintoons are above the laws. The only coverage by the MSN will be that Peter Paul is a scum. RUSH won't get into this much. BTW as far as The Hildabeast goes, she has very little middle room. Either you hate her or luv her & any trial won't change this.

Thanks for the info Doug.

That’s what I was thinking... there’s a solid advantage to getting The Hildabeaste on the stand fairly close to the primaries.

I pray that, given the extensive damage done by these grifters to our country, they will finally be taken down.

I doubt they’ll get jail time, that would be asking too much. But hefty fines, community service and lots of publicity will go a long way towards damaging their credibility. Of course, that's what we all expected when Bill was impeached :)

Publicity is what we want. The public is going to see that she directed the greatest campaign finance fraud ever and the Clintons had a major role in the collapse of a public company.
