That wouldn’t do it justice, my friend. When you get a chance, please watch the video.

Over here, jellybean. Your Fred Thompson pinglist would probably enjoy this.

Did it hurt? I know you arent accustomed to that role... ;^)
Actually it didn’t hurt, five years ago it would have.

Moore: Fred Thompson likes Cuban cigars. Geez Lumpy Reifenstahl, what cigar smoker doesnt? Depends, compared to what? Maybe cigars from Mexico?
Cuban cigars have been way overrated for a long time now. I have access to them almost any time I want and I only rarely smoke them (Burning the enemy's crop, I tell myself.) The people from Cuba who knew what they were doing fled to Central America. The ones who wouldn't or couldn't leave roll cigars for the Communists now. There's a limit to the advantages offered by soil and climate, and the Cubans past it long ago.

The impressive thing here is the SPEED of this response. The fact that his nonexistent campaign became aware of Moores challenge, worked through their options, scripted, and then filmed this brilliant little piece of internet footage only goes to show how very much in the race Thompson really is.That's what amazed me. Didn't Moore issue his challenge just today? Or yesterday? And by 2pm Thompson has the perfect response, perfectly filmed, out on the Internet. No fire in the belly? Please. None of the other candidates would have even thought of this (or would have had the skill to pull it off), but if they had, they still would have been focus group-ing this until next month.

I disagree. It's long past time for top Republicans to stop quietly sitting still and taking the kind of leftist abuse Moore dishes out. Fred not only called Moore on his Marxist BS, he put Mikey in his place. Wish more GOP presidential candidates would show half as much backbone.

Do you remember when Clinton criticized Rush Limbaugh? All it did was draw attention to Rush. Let us attack Moore. Fred needs to be Presidential, and attacking Moore doesn’t make him appear so. Surely he’s got better things to do. And that leads me to ask whether he’s going to run. I’m beginning to doubt it.
To: Sturm Ruger
Maybe he’s just angling for the VP spot. Whoever wins in this Rino field is going to need a VP with solid conservative credentials. Fred is about as good as they are going to get.
To: Mr. Brightside
Well done Fred! Superb!

Has anyone here tried the Macanudo Portofino? It is the smoothest, most delicious cigar I ever tasted.

Fred has specifically stated he is not interested in a VP position.

That’s a good cigar, but, Macanudos in general are expensive. I can’t smoke a $15 dollar cigar every day.
