Apparently this asshole has never heard of the 4th amendment. Walking into a home without a warrant and probable cause is going to get this arrogant fool thrown in prison or buried 6 feet under.
Yes, we are among the productive types who will be gone soon.
I will have to drop Gavin a note to explain why we won’t be contributing to his re-election campaign (not that he needs the money). No reason for him to pander as he faces no serious competition yet so he must really believe this crap. Disgusting.
Was most amused to get a letter back from my state Rep. Mark (a/k/a Jay) Leno in response to my email requesting that he vote against specific gun control measures. He never acknowledged my position, but rather simply stated that (as expected) he voted in favor of one bill and the others were bottled up in committee.
I sometimes wonder whether it is worth the keystrokes to write the communists who control the place - probably time better spent writing op-ed letters and the like.
Harris was linked to the former mayor Willie Brown. Missed this tidbit:
“”It is fair to say that a majority of gun crime is committed with illegal guns,” District Attorney Kamala Harris said. Its a reality that a lot of weapons and guns that we find in connection with a homicide are stolen.”
The idea, she contends, is to remind legal gun owners how to behave.
“Just because you legally possess a gun in the sanctity of your locked home doesn’t mean that we’re not going to walk into that home and check to see if you’re being responsible and safe in the way that you conduct your affairs,” Harris said.”
Kamela better have a warrant before you try to walk in my home. The fourth amendment is still good law here, as the numerous pot farmers will attest.
This person must have a death wish.
