EXCLUSIVE: Hundreds of Illegals Have Registered to Vote in Bexar County [Texas]
WOAI am radio ^ | May 16, 2007 | By Jim Forsyth

Hundreds of illegal immigrants have registered to vote in Bexar County in recent years and dozens of them have actually cast ballots, canceling out the votes of U.S. citizens, 1200 WOAI news will report Thursday morning.

Figures obtained by 1200 WOAI news shows 303 illegals successfully registered to vote, and at least 41 cast ballots in various elections.

Bexar County Elections Administrator Jackie Callanan confirmed the figures, but she says a new form of voter registration card, which requires people to swear they are citizens when they register, should help cut the problem, because people who vote illegally can be charged with perjury.

And the county has some sly ways to catch them.

They probably vote now. I doubt that any legilslation will stop those voters. However, I jsut wanted to point out the legal status does not give one the right to vote.

You are absolutely correct. The only reason they don’t vote now is that they are afraid of being caught and deported. Once they no longer have to fear exposure as an illegal alien, you can be sure they’ll all be at the polls.

I believe that 2008 will be the first time that the illegal vote will be known.

Is there nothing we can do about it?

Not really, but the American people just are no longer up for any fight.

Those “immigrants” paid good money for their IDs!

Well you are exactly correct. Laws and what is right or wrong ,is no longer relevant.

The people in power now, no longer care about legal.

What's the color of dirt on your world?

Entitled or not, it's happening...

Heck if dead people can vote, why not non-citizens?

Gosh, I'll bet they're trembling in fear of that. How about charging them with voter fraud, counterfeitting, bearing forged documents, trespassing, tax fraud, and identity theft?

Oh, and ENTERING THE COUNTRY FRIGGIN ILLEGALLY!!!

This seems to be the rational and plan for Mexico...no wonder they think the SPP and TransTexasCorridor are such good ideas! Apparently the people of Mexico think they have the "right" to cross anytime they want, and that, since they think we stole Texas, New Mexico, Arizona, and California, they have the right to free health care, schooling, and social security. At least until they take back what we've stolen!

Jim: Juan, I see that you and thousands of other protesters are marching in the streets to demonstrate for your cause. Exactly what is your cause and what do you expect to accomplish by this protest?
Juan: We want our rights. We will show you how powerful we are. We will bring Houston to its knees!

Jim: What rights?
Juan: Our right to live here...legally. Our right to get all the benefits you get.

Jim: Why did you come?
Juan: For work. I can earn as much in a month as I could in a year in Mexico. Besides, I get free health care, our Mexican children can go to school free, if I lose my job I will get Welfare, and someday I will have the Social Security. Nothing like that in Mexico!

Jim: Did you feel badly about breaking our immigration laws when you came?
Juan: No! Why should I feel bad? I have a right to be here. I have a right to amnesty. I paid lots of money for my Social Security and Green Cards.

Jim: How did you acquire those documents?
Juan: From a guy in Dallas. He charged me a lot of money too.

Jim: Did you know that those documents were forged?
Juan: It is of no matter. I have a right to be here and work.

Jim: What is the “right” you speak of?
Juan: The right of all Aliens. It is found in your Constitution. Read it!

Jim: I have read it, but I do not remember it saying anything about rights for Aliens.
Juan: It is in that part where it says that all men have Alien rights, like the right to pursue happiness. I wasn’t happy in Mexico, so I came here.

Jim: I think you are referring to the declaration of Independence and that document speaks to unalienable rights. Not Alien rights.
Juan: Whatever.

Jim: Since you are demanding to become an American citizen, why then are you carrying a Mexican Flag?
Juan: Because I am Mexican.

Jim: But you said you want to be given amnesty. To become a US citizen.
Juan: No. This is not what we want. This is our country, a part of Mexico that you Gringos stole from us. We want it returned to its rightful owner.

Jim: Juan, you are standing in Texas. After wining the war with Mexico, Texas became a Republic, and later Texans voted to join the USA. It was not stolen from Mexico.

Juan: That is a Gringo lie. Texas was stolen. So was California, New Mexico and Arizona. It is just like all the other stuff you Gringos steal, like oil and babies. You are a country of thieves.

I can attest to that. I used to work as an chief of precinct and we have been told repeatedly that the DMV has a horrible track record of screening motor-voter applications.

More over, the ID you show doesn’t even have to be a picture ID and they can just sign a form if they forget it.

The solution I think is to purge the voter roles annually (or at least every Presidential Election) and require people to renew their registration. This doesn’t mean an online form, or a motor-voter form, but actually going to the voter registration office, and proving your address, residency and citizen status.

This proposal shouldn’t be inconvenient for anyone who takes voting seriously, but it will allow people who are deceased or no longer in the area to expire from the voter rolls.

Does anybody remember the story from 2000 about a global poll that found that most people felt that the American President was too powerful to be left to Americans alone to choose?

"If it can be proven, isn't the strategy for registered voters to sue, claiming disenfranchisement under the Constitution due to the dilution of their vote at the ballot box by the illegals? The settlement would not be monetary but rather by injunction, demanding that the voter registration office ensure eligibility of the registration base."

This is a novel approach that may have some merit and should be pursued.

Mail-in absentee voting by civilians in the USA has grown by leaps and bounds in each suceeding election in America

If you show up in person to apply for registration to vote here you are required to show proof of US citizenship using valid IDs and sign forms that state your are a legal citizen

If you show up in person to vote here you are required to show proof of US citizenship using valid IDs before you can vote

Let’s face it - A Mexican can open a bank account and get preferred interest rates for home mortgages at Bank of America now if they are an illegal alien - BOA and Wells Fargo and other banks are now advertising in print, on radio, on TV, on the internet soliciting business with illegal aliens here in America

Many states issue state driver’s licenses to illegal aliens

Yet it the state I reside in the DMV will not even accept a valid notarized hospital birth certificate - they require an ‘official’ “Birth Certificate” card from the State Department of Health and several other forms of ID

A Mexican illegal alien arranged for the 911 Islamic terrorist skyjackers to illegally get driver’s licenses in America

Not a Scot

Not an Aussie

Not a Frenchie

Not a Brit

Not a German

Not an Italian

A Mexican illegal alien was a key part of the planning to bring down the World Trade Towers on September 11, 2001

And the three of the Fort Dix Six are Muslim brothers who illegally entered the USA across the Mexican border with their parents about 6 years ago.

Further checking has come up with not 300+ - not 500+ - but over 700+ criminal citations &/or arrests of these 3 illegal alien terrorists over those 6 years by law enforcement in New Jersey (and also in???) - yet not once were they flagged by cops, prosecutors, judges, FBI, DOJ, CIA, INS, Homeland Security, NSA, Border Patrol, or the Bill Clinton or George W. Bush White House administrations as being illegal aliens.

700+ times these 3 sub-human radical Islamic terrorist brothers wre cited for violation of US laws
Crimes included narcotics trafficking, theft, felony assault, motor vehicle violations, breaking and entering, motor vehicle theft, etc.

700+ times kiddies

700+

Not one time were they found to be illegal aliens

Were they ever even asked?

Did they vote?

Who in New Jersey or at the FBI is back-checking IDs and documents and how they got the and who gave them to them and what banks and state and federal agencies and police departments let this go for 8 years involving over 700+ (known!) criminal citations &/or arrests?

So they finally caught them after 700+ misses

On 911 and WTC-1993 they hit the WTC the first try

OK -

Open the borders WH & Congress!

Now let’s see of US Attorney General Alberto Gonzales’ illegal alien relatives he admits are living and working in the USA will go back to Mexico or wherever and pay their El Cheapo $5000 fine (no back taxes or interest or penalties?) and apply to enter America with a valid “Don’t Go To Jail” card

And Zoie Beard was disqualified as Slick Willie’s first AG pick for hiring 2 illegal aliens!

Gonzales is a corrupt lying traitor to America

PS: Those 3 Muzzie terrorist brothers in New Jersey qualify for amnesty under the Bush/Congress plan!

I always expect to have to have my id to vote. Voting is more important than writing a check, and they require ID for that too.

In Virginia we have to present IDs at the polls to vote. Why should illegals have it easier than us citizens?

YOu're kidding right? They get free health care for Gods sake. DO you get free health care??

Oh, we don't?

F em all. Send every one of them back to the farms.

That a Republican would even sit down and negotiate our security like they were buying a car or something, is reprehensible.

I don't buy that crap that Kyl said...""All of you know that in the legislative process, no one gets 100 percent of what they want, if you're going to get something done"... not when it comes to National Security and the future health of our Country.

This ain't yer pork spending bill here, Mr. Kyl., or is it?

:O)
