Wouldn't you just roll over if the MSM wrote this headline:

Ethics of Democrats a Concern.

They certainly have been a concern of mine.

Ethics?,....We don’t need no stinkin ethics.

I don’t care as long as they remember the Marine gunfight rules.

Bring a gun, prefably a long gun. Bring a friend with a gun.

So forth and so on.

I really couldn’t care less if the Marines killed all the Muslims in the world tomorrow morning. Kill em all, Allah can sort them out.

Not a surprise at all, due to the world that we live in now. I will not be shocked if we are hit again. One note: notice no bombings or terrorism in China - why? because they know how to deal with their problem, if you know what I mean.

The Marine Corp must maintain discipline among it’s troops.

Back off bozo, you haven't a clue.

Like I said, You haven’t a clue.
Adding your advice to mimic this PC clouded moron’s survey proves it.

I believe I do have a clue, the subject is not emotions, it is how to keep a civilian population of a country that you have liberated, from being turned against you by an enemy terror operation.

“We’re going to cut out their living guts and use them to grease the treads of our tanks”?

Today??? PRIVATE Patton would be peeling several tons of potatoes! (not to be fried in oil containing trans-fats, of course;)

Then you don’t send the United States Marine Corps!

You can have all the touchy feely conflicts you want, but the US Marine Corps trains Marines to kill and destroy. The level of discipline involved in that training is off the chart.

But for the sake of jumping on board with this PC bullcrap survey, you made an over the top ignorant statement claiming the US Marine Corps is lacking in discipline.

So again I will tell you, You Have No Clue what you’re talking about.

Patton today: “We’re going to give the enemy a lengthy time-out, but provide them with copies of the Koran printed on recycled paper, and we’re going to grease the treads of our tanks with a biodegradable, environmentally-friendly cheese-byproduct, which unfortunately isn’t really very good for greasing tank treads, actually they rust right away, but we have to use it, because we had to buy 80 truckloads of the stuff from Belgium so they’d buy the latest mid-life upgrade for their F-16’s from us. Carry on.”

Gen. James T. Conway told Pentagon reporters Thursday that he wants to examine whether Marines are more prone to not follow military rules of engagement. He is telling his officers to make sure their Marines understand the importance of ethics in the fight.

Good grief!!!
Thank you, President William Jefferson Bush.
Great Commandant.

Man, every time I turn around this man who I proudly voted for twice embarrasses me half to death.
What a friggin maroon.

(( ping ))

Read it and barf.
Even the Marine Corps is headed down the toilet under President William Jefferson Bush.

My only consolation is that most of the enlisted warriors will (hopefully) laugh at this clown Conway. Where it gets tricky is that brown-nosing junior officers who think they can gain favor with the ACLU lawyers running the war for Bush by “turning in” a few Corporals.

This idiot Conway’s statement is likely to result in an increase in Haditha-style, railroad-job prosecutions of good Marines, while at the same time getting Marines killed because they hesitate a half-second before pulling their triggers because they are mentally reviewing the “rules of engagement” and worrying that they might make a mistake and end up in jail.

It makes me throw up in my mouth a little.

By your standard, the Air Force can fight all of our wars.

You mistake a police action for a war. Silly you.

Maybe you’d like all US Marines to go to sensitivity training too?

More likely to do what it takes to come home alive......

“Gen. James T. Conway told Pentagon reporters Thursday that he wants to examine whether Marines are more prone to not follow military rules of engagement. He is telling his officers to make sure their Marines understand the importance of ethics in the fight.”

Well, in defense of General Conway, the marines he’s criticizing actually ARE getting shot at, so they have much more opportunity to have lapses their adherence to the rules of engagement. Right? Just like office weenies at the Pentagon having more opportunity to conduct surveys. It takes tough leadership to voice concern about battlefield “ethics” in front of hostile reporters.
