I have more respect for Billy Carter than his brother.
I knew a couple of sub guys that served with Carter.....
They stated he was an @ss then and none of the men liked him or respected him...
The Navy basically processed him out.....

Yes, Billy Carter at least gave us the entertaining Billy Beer at the height of the beer can collecting fad. My favorite fad of the 1970. That I can remember.
