My Trent Lott Amnesty Protest Flyer
5/27/2007 | self

Posted on 05/27/2007 10:39:49 AM PDT by Sybeck1

This is a flyer I have come up with due to Trent Lott's stance on Amnesty.

I am planning on distributing it here in Desoto County Mississippi, which is probably the most Republican county in Mississippi IMO.

Any thoughts?

Have two pictures of Lott, one regular (Lott working for Mississippi) and one with a sombrero (Lott working for Mexico).

How many Mississippians can gain amnesty if they cheat on their taxes, or if they forge federal documents?

You need to correct the spelling of “business” and combine “Back Ground” into one word before you distribute this.

My senators both support it, too, but, since they are Rats from the Rat kingdom of Maryland, that is no surprise.

Item #4 gives the mistaken impression that all checks will be done in one 24 hour period. Maybe you could word that a little differently.

Also, voters in your area may be interested to know that section 205 of the Senate bill makes it easier to shut down retailers of sporting guns. Do they want a New York Mayor telling them who they can buy their next rifle from?

Yes. Background is one word. As it stands it’s confusing, because “give back ground” suggests a retreat of some kind.

I suggest adding Robert Rector’s estimated cost to taxpayers. I think it was 2.3 trillion but you need to check.

I just returned from my original home state of Maryland. In the three days I was there, I saw more Hillary and anti Bush bumper stickers, than I have ever seen in MO..

Please look at what giving amnesty to as many as 20,000,000 illegal alien foreign nationals actually represents. More than the population of 16 states and DC!

According to the 2000 census, 18,785,867 is the total populations combined of Wyoming, Dist. of Columbia, Vermont, Alaska, North Dakota, South Dakota, Delaware, Montana, Rhode Island, Hawaii, New Hampshire, Maine, Idaho, Nebraska, West Virginia, New Mexico and Nevada.

THINK about that.

Also another active poll worded badly!

Generally speaking, do you support the new compromise immigration reform plan?

Yes, we need to do something.

No, it should be tougher/more lenient

Some people will not want to call long distance. If he has a local office, better add that phone number.

If he doesnt you might consider adding that toll free number going around. The one paid for by the amnesty activists.

Yep, there are just too many Marylanders who love anyone who hates America.

Here in CA I have to wait 10 days for a background check on purchasing a firearm, but only 24 hours for a whole person? After buying my gun, it is automatically assumed to evil, but the illegal alien is automatically assumed to be an angel that will make America rich. What a great country we live in.

I wonder if illegals helped rebuild Trent Lott’s estate that Katrina smashed in Southern Mississippi?...it’s always follow the $$ scenarios with these conniving sell-out politicians.

Big Business or Mississippi?

Great poster, but I’d also change the punctuation to a question mark.

Question: if people turn against Lott, is there a candidate, other than a deceptive Democrat, who can win the next election?

imho, the Dems won mid-terms because R voters were disgusted with R politicians and didn’t go out to vote. We now have people in charge who are just as bad as the RINO’s in many instances but a lot worse on national security.

I am very disappointed in Lott’s ....and many other R’s....position on the ILLEGAL immigration bill and I call/email often to let them know. Don’t know how they can justify condoning and rewarding illegal behavior.

It seems Trent should have learned from 2006 doesn’t it. We have every right to tell our senators how we feel. I even asked him to resign in my phone call to his office Friday.

Maybe Haley would appoint someone more pro American?
