Lack of data on illegal workers skews U.S. economic picture

Shoddy work is an understatement. Thank you for bringing it up.

I have loads of family in Southern Nevada, mostly in the Las Vegas area. One of the fasted growing areas in the country.

All, and I mean all, the people that I know who have bought new houses there in the last 8-10 years have found real problems with their new houses. Doors that don’t close because they (or the walls) aren’t plumb, faulty wiring, cracks that appear within months or sooner from poor foundations and just shoddy shoddy workmanship.

Just how do these dear sweet little criminals pay local taxes through rents? They live 30 to a house in many areas. In Los Angeles County, it is illegal for a landlord to refuse to rent a 3 bedroom house to someone who is going subrent to 20 or 30 illegals. That’s right 3-4 sets of bunk-beds in each room, share the kitchen and pile all the garbage in the backyard where they also are doing their business because they’ve clogged the plumbing.

It’s “racist” to expect normal family numbers of people. This from the same county that forces all middle school students to take “Islam appreciation” classes!
