Wimps. Most of you aren't around SoCal and haven't had the pleasure of having a FatBurger (chain owned by Magic Johnson).
Double Kingburger (1 lb), with egg, cheese, bacon, and if you're feeling REALLY adventureous, add a THIRD patty.

I just copied, pasted and e-mailed myself that recipe. Not for every day, but it sounds delicious. I love bread pudding, I’m reasonably fond of Pina Coladas, and merging the two — genius. I would guess that the tricky part is keeping the temperature right so the pineapple juice doesn’t curdle the milk.
