HG, thanks for the ping,

jebeier, bars still close here at 2AM, and I work ‘till 2 AM. Very entertaining, to go White Castle. Never thought of them to be a drunk food.

Last summer (and it's repeated every so often) the Travel Channel had a show about the best places in America to pig out.

There was a place in Mass. (I think, one of the college towns) that offered a burger. It was 6 half pound patties, 6 slices of cheese, pickles, onions, bun. And 2 pounds of french fries. The deal was if you can finish it, you get your picture on the wall. If you can eat more than that the new larger burger, was named after you.

There's also the Vermonster at Ben & Jerry's -- something like a gallon or two of ice cream and toppings.

And there's a place in California, up on the north coast, that serves monster sized pancakes -- and a ton of them. These pancakes over filled a platter, and were thick. I could just imagine how sore your jaws would be after eating them.

It might be the stick of butter used to butter each slice of bread!
Its so good and never comes out quite the same when you make it at home.

30 years a Vegan? Guess what? You’re still gonna die..........might as well enjoy life while you got it.............

Reminds me of that old joke about the elderly couple who died in a traffic accident. They arrived in heaven and there was a sumptuous banquet laid out for them. The husband turned to the wife and said, "Why did you make us eat health food all those years? It tasted like cardboard, and we could have been here sooner!"

You there with the clogged arteries!! I’ll just step right over your body on my way to get one of these bad boys. A finger in the eye of the food police from Denny’s. Denny’s has my business FOREVER!!

I agree with both of you — the KFC bowls are spectacularly unappetizing. Just commenting on the calorie count, thumbing the nose at the food police.

Ain’t that “Moon Over My Hammy” the best thing yet?!! Got to love Denny’s. Whenever we go for breakfast, everybody else orders the big “slam” breakfasts, but I get the best with the “Moon” - love those hash browns.

I have never had one of the KFC bowls, but I am looking forward to it. Good on these restaurants fighting back.

In my younger days, I could go after a full Travis. Not anymore. The 1/4 looks like more food than I can handle.

Another thing that I havent had in a while is a smothered burger from Tina’s down in Lemitar.

An open faced burger covered with fries, cheese and green chile. You can actually hear your arteries harden as you eat it.

Jake: Four fried chickens and a Coke.
Elwood: And some dry white toast please.
Mrs. Murphy: Ya’all want anything to drink with that?
Elwood: No ma’am.
Jake: A Coke.
