Up yours, Kyra.

Your acting skills are way overrated and that gaping mouth of yours looks like there should be a fish hook dangling from it.

“Inside” must really have jumped the shark if they have to interview insignificant actors such as Sedgwick. She wouldn’t even get any gigs anyway if she wasn’t Mrs. Kevin Bacon.

She’s got such an ugly mouth. It’s like you can’t see her teeth when she smiles sometimes.

She still IS married to Kevin Bacon and have 2 or 3 kids between them. The actors don't see to get it or don't care that many of their public happen to be on the "other side", and when they say these things publically it really only hurts them. Example: Julia Roberts saying that Republican was found in the dictionary between Reptilian and Repugnant. She's history with me, now.

My uncle was a famous actor for many, many years. He was almost a Socialist in his leanings. For the most part, no one ever knew that about him because he was well aware there were at least two schools of thought on political things and he did not want to antagonize those who did not agree with him and jeopardize his career by having a big mouth. He LIKED his job, and believed entertaining without antagonizing was what he was essentially paid to do. And he was no weenie, either.

What’s up with all that lipstick she wears on the show?

Must be Hollywood's idea of what a Southern gal looks like. I'm surprised they don't have her smoke a corncob pipe.

When is the rest of America going to get it through their collective skulls that actors and celebrities are simply people who take other people's dialog, other people's wardrobe, choreography, makeup, etc. and make it appear as if it is their own. With few exceptions they are little better than brightly colored parrots. We don't pay $15 for a ticket to hear their dim-witted political pontifications, we pay them to entertain us. The smart ones understand this and keep their opinions to themselves. But the majority "think" that because crowds attend their performances their thoughts must be golden.

A good example is what is happening this week. Bob Barker is retiring from The Price is Right after 35 highly successful years. Aside from his stand on animal rights and controlling the pet population he's kept his political beliefs to himself. His contestants have run the gamut of teenagers to senior citizens to active duty personnel who are encouraged to attend wearing their uniforms. My retired mother freaked recently when she heard that one of the people who've expressed a desire to succeed him is none other than Rosie O'Donnell. Is there anyone who believes that CBS would take their weekday morning cash-cow and put it in the hands of this woman? Now if this fish-monger's wife had kept her mouth shut and continued to play "Queen of Nice" as she did when her own show first started she might've had a chance. But after her half-baked political bloviations on The View her chances of taking over that show would make betting on the survival of a snowball in Hell seem like a sure thing.

To Kyra and the rest of Hollywood's "elite", you think you're smarter than the rest of us, do like Reagan and other performers have done. Put up or shut up...

>>Tell me that question was not a setup for that answer..

It’s a bit if a tradition on “Inside The Actor’s Studio” to have a rapid-fire Q&A portion. Most of them get the same list of simple questions such as favorite color, food, time of year, sound, etc... along with things that they dislike the most.

Kyra Sedgwick’s favorite sound was the sounds that her kids make when they get home from school, and the sound she dislikes the most is George Bush’s voice. I’m not a huge fan of Bush’s these days anwyay, but I respect him exponentially more than an actress who can’t even hold her tongue on a silly “meet the actor” show.

Fifty cents? You are way too generous. :-)

That's how much a pay phone call is in most areas.

Exactly. Dont give them any more than two cents. Let them raise the rest on their own.

Kyra is married to uber liberal Kevin Bacon. He is a liberal begat from liberals. Her mother-in-law (Bacon’s mother) almost disowned Bacon after appearing in an Army recruitment commercial when he first began acting. P.S. who cares what she thinks anyway?

The comment from her actually sounds tame compared with many from FR posters who are now hating George Bush.

Lately, the hate is worse here than in Hollyweird.

There are still a few of those around & I’m thankful for them. Wish the rest of them would figure it out.

“Here’s $.50. Go call someone who gives a rip what Kyra Sedgwick thinks.”

Now, I understand how this ugly shrill pos with no acting skills got the lead role in this sorry show. Another lunatic liberal funded by elite lunatic liberal.
