Bush Sides With Mexican Killers Against U.S.
AIM Report ^ | 6/12/07 | Cliff Kincaid

Posted on 06/12/2007 6:01:28 PM PDT by Mike Bates

The State Department's top legal adviser told international lawyers on June 6 that President Bush is so committed to the primacy of international law that he has taken his home state of Texas to court on behalf of a group of Mexican killers. The Mexicans had been sentenced to death for murdering U.S. citizens, including young children.

John B. Bellinger III, legal adviser to Secretary of State Condoleezza Rice, cited the case, Mexico v. United States of America, in trying to convince the attorneys that the administration is doing what it can to enforce international law in U.S. courts.

In the case, Bush has come down on the same side as the U.N.'s International Court of Justice (ICJ), which ruled 14-1 on behalf of Mexico against the U.S. The ICJ was headed at the time by a judge from communist China, who also ruled against the U.S.

Bellinger's audience was gathered at The Hague, a city in the Netherlands which is home to over 100 international organizations, including the U.N.'s International Court of Justice and the International Criminal Court.

Sworn in as the Legal Adviser to the Secretary of State on April 8, 2005, Bellinger is described by the State Department as "the principal adviser on all domestic and international law matters to the Department of State, the Foreign Service, and the diplomatic and consular posts abroad."

The Bellinger speech, designed to convince the pro-U.N. globalists in attendance that Bush is really on their side, should have been big news. Not only did he praise Bush for coming down on the side of foreign killers of Americans, in a major court case with international implications, but he demonstrated how far the administration is prepared to go to impress the "international community."

In a major disclosure, Bellinger said. . .

And I know where I’d like to see him pack that suitcase.

Is this legit?

If so, wow, politicians like Bush are beyond evil, truth and justice is the enemy to them although they give appearance of embracing it.

Makes me think this is all BS though, can’t imagine Pres. Bush doing this. Is accuracy in the media some fringe kook site? Maybe they might be leaving some facts out to fit an agenda.

Thanks! Can you believe what this President is doing? I just heard on TV that this bill would make our borders less secure.

That was pre-2004...(2002 IIRC, though bilateral Article 98 agreements with many nations have been signed in the intervening years, apparently a pre-condition for US ratification of the ICC treaty - BOHICA)

“Sometime in early or mid 2001 I remember a Saturday Night Life skit showing President Bush at a White House party stoned out of his gourd on the drug ecstasy. At the time, though I knew it was just mindless liberals trying to salve the great wound of losing the algore, I had to admit, the piece was amusing. Never in my wildest dreams, though, did I imagine, way back then, that the day would finally come when I would actually come to believe it:

This President is on drugs.”

I hate to say it but I agree. I was listening to him speak on immigration earlier today—unbelievable.

Yes, unfortunatley I can believe it. He’s been awful on the illegal immigration. Well actually, he’s been the same as the chattering politicians have been for years. Not happy with him at all over this.

I hear you! I don’t get it — like he forgot he is the President of the United States and has an obligation to secure our borders. Doesn’t seem to matter to him or his Administration.

Will never forget on election night in 2006 when Tony Snow came out and said something about now the President can work on an immigration bill with the Dems and I was furious. Don’t think I have calmed down since then.

There is no other explanation for the downward spiral of his thinking and his leadership in the last year or so.

Unless it's a Machiavellian plot to give Republican candidates a better chance to run against him. ;)

Has he completely flipped out?

No. This is all calculated with an agenda in mind. There are multiple possibilities why he is doing it, and what the end game is. But rest assured it is not to protect and defend the Constitution of the United States. Nor is it intended to benefit American citizens.

The real question here is whether Americans have the gumption to commit serious mass civil disobedience before things have gone past the point of no return. And I don't mean marching with signs.

I doubt that we do.

More Americans killed by illegal aliens than Iraq war, study says

When you start digging into the numbers the only ones that can be sourced with the feds are the number of American murdered in 2005: 16692
I have seen federal numbers for illegals held in jail ranging from 19.3% to 27% of the federal prison population.

Here's a sampling of USA cities wanted for murder. What you'll see is that in big USA cities like LA or NYC most of the murderers are Hispanic. Unknown are the % of illegals. In smaller cities the FBI will post the nationalities of the murderers. About 25% of the most wanted are illegals wanted for murder. This number agrees with the percentage of illegals incarcerated in federal prisons. +-25%

Pictures of top 10 most wanted in LA. Up until recent stories about crime in LA posted by the LA Times--the pictures included the nationality of the murderers. They were all foreign nationals and mostly Mexican.

Wanted for Murder in New York City.

Chicago wanted for Murder

Philadelphia wanted for murder

San Francisco wanted for Murder

New Orleans wanted for Murder

Pictures of suspects wanted for murder in Washington DC

FBI USA 10 most wanted. (two of 10 are Mexican nationals)

There are currently no exact numbers on the number of Americans killed by illegals. Part of the reason is that the government deliberately obscures the number. I talked on the phone with the head of statistics for the US Bureau of Prisons. He said his office wasn't allowed to publish the number of illegal alien murderers. Rather they were forced to put legal and non legal residents in the same category. I talked to ICE. They put out detailed numbers on illegal child molestors. However, they put out nothing on illegal murderers.

Part of the reason for the silence on the matter is that there is evidence to suggest that most Americans being killed by illegals are black--as is the suggestion in this LA Times Article.

All that said, it could be argued that if you include the number of illegals in state and local prisons the number of illegals in jail shrinks to 6% of the total prison population. Never the less if you multiply 16692 (the number of americans murdered in 2005) * .06 (illegal alien percent of total prison population) * 4 (the number of years the US has been in Iraq). The result is that more americans (4006) have been killed by illegals than have been killed in the Iraq war.

This point needs to be hammered home. Just as the liberals have hammered home the point about americans killed in Iraq. Needless to say,I think Bush has gone off the deep end.

To look at other USA cities go here http://stlouis.fbi.gov/ and replace stlouis with the city you want.

In Sunday’s paper here in Tucson there was an article about how 80% of births in our state are paid for by the taxpayers. And (this will sound racist, I know) most are Hispanic because they have more babies.
