It’ll likely develop into a F. Thompson in the middle/south vs. Romney in some northern states.
Guiliani may win just a very few states, but Thompson has the master plan, IMHO.

Not much talk of VPs at this point. They could make a strong bet with the right combination...

I am really not sure what are Romney’s core beliefs; I’m not sure if he is either.
Given that I would Guiliani over Romney because at least he is a good administrator.
Right now I am hoping Thompson runs. If he doesn't I really don’t no who’ll get my vote.

Yeap, ole Romney is doing great in northeastern liberal states. In the rest of the country, Romney is sucking eggs.

I would expect New Englanders to do better in New England polls.

Some analysts thought that the conservative newcomer would erode Romney's support, but it appears Thompson is stealing support from McCain and Giuliani.
No surprise there....

Maybe I better shut up about Thompson’s candidacy. My trap is officially shutting closed . . . bang!

Fred sounds and looks awful - he stutters, mumbles and doesn’t look well. He wouldn’t come across very well in a debate no matter how conservative his beliefs are. So far, Mitt’s my man. I admire his values and his ‘presentation’ is great. He’s extremely intelligent and articulate - and God knows America needs a leader like that right now.

NH doesn't matter.
Iowa doesn't matter.
No state matters.
Unless Fred, Rudy, or John is in the lead.

The good news is that Giuliani is sliding. Anyone but a baby-killing advocate.

You forgot to mention cut and run Paul’s numbers. I thought he was really surging. That is what several FReepers have been saying anyway.
