Not exactly surprised here. FOX has been reporting that the family has been called to the Sheriff’s Office.
WOIO news video reporter is saying she got a call from Cutts’ best friend.
Friend said Cutts admitted he did it. Cutts supposedly called another friend who helped him move the body.
Police Union attorney says he knows nothing about these latest developments. [Cutts was a policemen.]

At 3:30 bPM CDT the sheriff’s department recovered a body believed to be that of Jessie Davis. Bobby Cutts is arrested and will be charged on Monday with two counts of murder.
