During a campaign swing in California, Rudy Giuliani said that as president he would govern much the same way as another politician the locals are familiar with Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger.
"I governed very much like your governor does, Giuliani said of his tenure as New York City mayor from 1994 to 2001. "I got results and I want people to look at that and say thats the way I would govern as president of the United States. I would get results.
Giuliani attended a fundraising luncheon on Thursday at the same Sacramento hotel that serves as Schwarzeneggers residence in the state capital, but he did not meet with the governor, the New York Sun reported.
Schwarzenegger hasnt endorsed any presidential candidate. Asked if he would like such an endorsement, Giuliani replied: "Well, of course.

Good night! Another reason NOT to vote for Rudy. Time to put RINOs on the endangered species list.

I guess Rudy wants his chances of winning the GOP nomination to die as fast as McCain’s.

Which is exactly why Giuliani would have a chance to win California, whereas the other Republicans would all lose it by 20 points (maybe only 10 for Romney, because he looks better on TV). ;)

Can we all agree this is the final nail in the coffin of the Rudy run; and not take him seriously anymore?

Well, THIS is certainly a comforting thought. Yet another reason to put a stake in the Rudy Giuliani candidacy.

(Never forget the Republicans who voted for illegal immigrant amnesty in 2007!)
Rudy will be our next President, and I welcome him to govern just like he did in New York. Cleaned-up, tough on crime and fiscally responsible.
Rudy has more experience than Fred. I'd like to see Fred in Rudy's Administration.
