I hope this helps save some heterosexual marriages.
More gay stuff - yuck.
“My feeling is that polls routinely underestimate Americans’ opposition to all things homosexual.”
You are a master of understatement! Why do you think that the liberals and gays fought so hard to prevent a vote by the public on the question of continuing gay marriage in deep blue Massachusetts?
Both the legislators and the gay lobby knew that they would go down (no pun intended) to a humiliating defeat if they did, and they couldn’t blame conservatives for it.
What won’t happen is the same thing that always doesn’t happen, no matter if the conversation is about illegals or about deviant lifestyles - our elected officials will continue to assume that we’re all idiots and they know better.
We do not want illegals in our country, we want them to go home. We do not think that Paul and John should co-opt a sacred marriage vow because they feel uncomfortable in how others view and treat them. We’ve stopped falling for the part special solution because we’ve learned that despite every promise, they will be back tomorrow demnding more.

Sodomy is not a civil right.
Homosexuals don’t reproduce...they recruit.
It is sane for the government to set aside an institution specifically for those who have procreative potential.
If the government realizes these folks are the source of the next, last, or future generations, then they are simply recognizing biological reality. I can see concessions and benefits to such a group.
Let’s call them the MARRIED group.
Yes it is, very good, but I never doubted that. Even the 48% of democrats didn’t surprise me! And it refutes a poll recently sent out in the LCR newsletter, saying the Republicans are becoming more accepting of homosexual rights. No surprise, they want it to be so, it’s why they are in the party after all. To bring about a change like that. Glad to see it’s failing.
This is an issue with the stronge generational differences, see pp 39 of the report here:
http://people-press.org/reports/pdf/300.pdf
Interestingly while “Gen-Nexters” are considerable more “liberal” than “Gen-Xers” on “Gay” issues, and much more liberal on these issues than older voters, their views on “abortion” issues are much more similar to other age groups, which suggests in turn that younger Americans see these as separate issued to a greater extent than older Americans.
In regards to gay adoption, it's pretty much 50-50 - it's as popular as it is unpopular.
Great results! You wouldn’t know by the MSM. We conservatives have to keep up the fight against that marriage like we did against illegals.
He concluded indignantly that American voters have been sold a lie -- a lie! -- that America has become a more conservative country.
Let the fun begin. Paging Mr. Bozell, Mr. Brent Bozell, please. Call on line three for Mr. Bozell.
The politicians won’t let a little thing like public opinion bother them. They are an elite which answers to no one.
