Illegals get preference
Subject: speeding ticket inequities
This is an experience that happened to my wife today. April 1, 2007, in Denver County Traffic Court, Denver, Colorado. (But could be San Francisco, of any other city) She had to appear in traffic court as a result of a speeding ticket. She was speeding and knew she would have a fine to pay. We have no problem with that.
The rest of the court experience, however, is something we should all stand up and take exception to and ask what is happening to the United States?
She was asked to be in court by 4:30 PM today, with which she complied. However, when she got there, it was announced that all non-English speaking persons with traffic violations would be taken care of first. The reasoning being that the interpreter leaves every day at the same time and does not stay late. So a reward for not speaking English is one gets to go the front of the line.
Next, the non-English speaking individuals do not have driver's licenses or insurance. Never was it asked why they did not have licenses, what they were doing to get licenses or insurance. What they were given for driving without a license was a $35 fine. Since many of them did not have $35 they were also given payment terms. So, they are granted another reward for not having the money to pay the fines.
My wife, who was born in Denver, Colorado, raised here, and lived here all her life, was given a $249 fine for her speeding ticket, was not given payment terms, and had to wait until all the non-speaking, aliens were treated first
If I understand this correctly:
* Let's never require the non -English speaking individuals who live in this country to learn English.
* Let's never require they become citizens of this United States of America.
* Let's never require them to ever get driver's licenses and pray they never kill someone on the road with their driving. Never require they get automobile insurance, so that all of us who do will pay higher and higher premiums.
* Let's make sure that those of us who do get injured by these individuals pay higher and higher health insurance premiums
* Let's make sure those who can pay their fines, pay big ones to subsidize all those $35 fines on payment plans.
* Let's make sure we never inconvenience them and let's never inconvenience the interpreters in this country who may have to work late.
Our Country is eroding every day right before our eyes. No country in the world has ever survived having 2 major languages. We are heading down that path. (I highlighted this because I believe it needs to be acknowledged. Does it matter to you?)

Switzerland has only survived for 800 short years having two major languages.
Illegals also often get in-state tuition for universities which is not given to citizens from other states.
One possible response:
English speaking person joins the non-English speaking line. When she gets to the front, her processor says something in Spanish. The native born American responds:
“I would like to pay my fine.”
“But this line is for non-English speaking people.”
“I know. I don’t speak English.”
“It would appear you do.”
“No, I don’t. It only sounds like English. How much do I owe?”
And so do you still believe that the left is not trying to eliminate white Christians from the face of the USA?
Your wife certainly did not get preferential treatment. And, ‘we the people’ are all paying for the illegal’s pampering - some with their lives as a result of illegal aliens driving drunk.
If they are ticketed or arrested for any reason - they should be finger-printed and deported. Forget fines ‘with payments’. Try going to Mexico and breaking a law, there.

I suppose it’s implicit in your story, but let’s make it explicit. These illegals will NEVER pay their fine. They will never be asked to. They will NEVER bother to get driver’s licenses: it’s too much trouble and expense. And they will never be punished for it.
If they are stopped again and brought to court, they will simply go through this procedure again. And again. And again. No fines, no punishment, no licenses, no insurance—unlike the rest of us.
Imagine what would happen if one of us had been in that courtroom on charges of driving without a license and without insurance? Just a small fine like the illegals got? I don’t think so. More likely a very large fine, paid on the spot. And maybe jail for a repeat offense.
Hmm. Lemme see. Promise to pay a $35 fine or get stiffed with a $249 Pay~me~now. This is a toughie. I guess I’ve been immersed in the moral-equivalent world of Dhimmis too long because I’m seeing this one as a no-brainer.

Wasn't a suspeded license part of the issue for Paris Hilton? She got jail time. The illegals get payment terms on a $35 fine.

THREE major languages (German, French, and Italian), and FOUR official languages (the aforementioned three, plus Rhaeto-Romanish).
And VERY STRICT immigration laws.
Im surprised the ticket was even issued in the first place. Illegals in the courts do not (usually) generate the revenue that citizens do. Stoopid cop should have known that..... lol
