Okay, let's bring it back on topic.
Ever have BBQ Pizza?

You need to heat the dough in the oven, but then you spread it out on the grill and after you flip it over, you add the sauce, cheese and desired toppings.

I've heard other former ex-pats from Japan say the same thing. Now, why would you have a Korean selling Italian pizza to the Japanese, that's a topic for another thread. LOL!

Probably for the same reason that I watched the World Cup between France and Italy taking place in Germany on a Spanish television station and heard the stadium announcements being made in English. Go figure.

I love all barbecue — except the stuff that’s so hot it melts your face off. Other than that, bring it on! :-)

I don’t think we will be cooking this year. All the parks are closed until further notice. The lake hit 700 ft above sea level, and the LCRA closed all the lakes to recreational activities.

Usually, July 4th is one of the busiest days on the lake, but this year it will be totally quiet. We can’t even get into any of the parks because of high water. It is 20 feet above the full pool level.

20’.....wow! If fireworks are legal in your area, at least brush fires should not be a problem. No arrowhead hunting for a good while.

Let me know how they come out.

If you are grilling them, use low temperature and indirct heating. For me put a rub on them the night before, then smoke them for about four hours, then grill them for about 15 minutes a side. Applying the sauce only at the end.

Hi Lauren
Mmmm those pictures look great. :)
I’m fortunate in the summer. Hubby always does the grilling. So I shop and then enjoy. Another plus, It’s not a huge mess to clean like it is when he cooks indoors. LOL!

I can say that steak is my favorite..burgers...sausage... shish kabob.... on and on. I love the grilling season. LOL :)

Thanks for the thread! Hugs!

We can’t shoot fireworks in the city limits. The 4th will be a drag this year.
