If youo have the address on the web where your picture is stored- which might look a bit like this:

"http://www.placewhereiuploadedmypicture.com/photos/pictureiwanttopostonfreerepublic.jpg" ...

All you need to do is type this:

<img src="http://www.placewhereiuploadedmyphoto.com/photoiwanttopostonfreerepublic.jpg">

But please make sure the size of the photo isn't huge.
